I think it was the best choice I made when I booked the rooms at this location in the Plitvice Lakes area. The guesthouse is located 5 km from entrance 1 and 8 km from entrance 2 to Plitvice Lakes. I booked rooms 1 and 2 on the ground floor of the building. The rooms are relatively identical and each have a double bed and a single bed, so 3 people can be accommodated in each room. Although it is located 50 m from the main road, the traffic noise is not disturbing, and from the room, even with the window open, it is imperceptible. The owner has thought of absolutely every detail to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was exemplary. The bed linen and towels are of high quality. The mattresses and pillows are very, very restful. The bathrooms have modern finishes and the amenities are of high quality. The doors and windows are of high quality, the refrigerator is large. The yard is clean and tidy, it has its own parking lot, free of charge. The view that can be admired from the yard or from the upper floor is wonderful. There are 3 restaurants and 2 grocery stores in the area that can be reached on foot in a few minutes. In conclusion, I highly recommend staying at this guesthouse. Everything was superlative.

We used the accommodation to visit Plitvice Jezera. We found a kind owner, wonderful accommodation, exemplary cleanliness! The property is about 5 km from entrance 1, next to it there are restaurants and shops. I recommend it!

We were greeted by the owner, who was so friendly and kind! What a lovely place to stay after our day at Plitvice. I wish we could've stayed longer. Very peaceful and quiet, but still close to restaurants and grocery. Highly recommend!!

A gorgeous property next to the national park! The host was incredible and the home was just beyond amazing - so squeaky clean and welcoming. We loved this place to the ‘T’. The crisp white sheets and the clean white rolled towels will be a ‘forever memory’ from here! We had a very comfortable stay at this home. It had everything to make our stay memorable. It was helpful to have a grocery store right across the property.  Even though we arrived past our check in hour, the host shared that we can call him if needed on arrival. Our keys were waiting for us when we got there. The air conditioning here was the best we experienced on this trip.  The host even kept our bags with him for a few hours after check out. This allowed us to go back to the national park for a few hours. 

Ideal stay for visiting Plitvicky. Great service from the owner.

It is a beautiful house, very clean, with a lot of terraces and outside sitting in the garden. I would highly recommend staying in this places!

We felt really relaxed and safe during our stay. The staff was amazingly kind and really helpful. Plus, the apartment is really close to Plitvice Park.

An outstanding property close to Plitvice national Park. It is a comfortable, well equipped., and conveniently located to the NP. The hosts were friendly and helpful and our group of six enjoyed a wonderful time there..

The apartment is better than photos, very spacious, clean, well appointed Beds were comfortable and shower was great! The owners live next door and we could leave our laptop bag and water jug with them when we checked out at 6:45 am and went to Plutvice park. We packed other luggage in the car since it didn't matter if it got hot. When in the area try restaurant Gourman. The absolute best food we had in Croatia at a very reasonable price. We had black squid tisotto, seafood pizza, diabolo pizza and grilled calamari with fries. Each dish was cooked to perfection!

Great value and friendly host. Room clean and as described in listing. 5 minute drive to Plitovice , entrance 1. Restaurant nearby serving huge meals with friendly staff (Bistro Old Shatterhand). We enjoyed our stayed

This is a lovely property close to the Splitvice Lakes National Park and many other attractions in the area. It is nature lover’s paradise. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The only drawback was lack of a washing machine. This place was truly a gem and I’ll definitely consider it again if I’m fortunate enough to be in the area again.
