There was an odd smell in the room.

The hotel is directly situated next to the river in a nice park-like area, perfect for morning dog walks before the breakfast. The room we had was quite big, a bit "old fashioned", but very clean and with all that we needed. Also the breakfast offered everything you would wish for. The staff was super friendly and always there. Pets are welcome.

Don't think there was a kettle in room Shower into bath not ideal for everyone. Bath difficult to get out of as Bath handle too far back But lovely hot water and toiletries.

Interesting building set on river with park land surrounding . Comfortable if dated decor style with dining room available till 21.00 . Menu limited but very well cooked and presented.Breakfast was also very good. Ample free parking. Easily accessed from motorway and perfect for one night stop over if travelling. Staff friendly and efficient reception and serving dining room .

Some facilities unsuitable for people with mobility issues, e.g. a shower-bath instead of separate shower, and a pool with only a rickety ladder into the water. On the other hand, there was a ramp as well as stairs to the hotel entrance, and a decent elevator.

Great location in parklands right by the river, lovely old world vibe, very nice staff who were happy to check us in early, and massive sunny verandah that was perfect for breakfast. We didn't come by car but loads of parking if you do, and only a few minutes ride from bus and train stations and the town centre.

It needs an update, very outdated and "worn out". The pool was ok, but very cramped space. Breakfast needs more options.

Close proximity to the river and the city, nice area around, the room was large and clean, breakfast was ok. The staff is amazing.

The hotel pool was quirky and really needs updating; the wellness area seems to be unused. Breakfast was fine but not inspirational.

Great location in the park beside a river. A sense of Olde Worlde, with the feeling of the Habsburg past, if you like that sort of thing. Amazingly large dining room with big tables and quality furniture, plus a wide terrace with a view over the bathing lake created by a weir. Extremely quiet and relaxing. The staff were all friendly and efficient; we were well looked after!

Would have liked coffee and tea facilities in the room and an iron. Everything else was lovely.

toiletries in bathroom are limited to soap and shower gel and shampoo. I missed toothpaste, razor and q-tips as usual part of toiletry set.

The beds were very soft but not a dealbreaker. We found around 20 stink bugs around the room during our 2 night stay so that was very annoying.

There wasn‘t a real e-power station at the hotel. That was a little disappointing since we specifically chose this hotel because it said it has a charging station for electric cars. All the rest was fine.

Wifi has to be joined daily with a new code. A longer period- length of stay- every 2 days etc. would have bern great.

We love staying at this hotel in Karlovac Croatia. The location is fabulous..Next to the river ,surrounded by parkland and close to the old town. The staff are great, friendly and very helpful It is also dog friendly Well done Korana Srakovcic We highly recommend this hotel.
