Very nice and spacious apartment, very well decorated and felt like home - all facilities as if someone had designed the apartment to live there themselves. Very modern too. It also had a very big smart tv. The beds were also very comfortable. We also found that it had a big bathroom and aside from that another small toilet room which is very useful when the apartment is used by 4 people. Wifi was very good, making it easy to work from the apartment as well. Location is also great, very close to the local beach and minutes walk away from the old city centre and train station. Would highly recommend a stay here. The hosts were also great in communicating and providing the necessary information.

Lots of space, well laid out and very comfortable. Just like the pictures. Outside is deceptive, but inside it’s really lovely. Very well fitted out kitchen, near shops, beach and short walk to old town

We arrived late at night and there was lots of building works going on along the roads. The entrance could be better lit

We only spent the night at this apartment as we arrived late and left early. The apartments were beautifully finished with everything you would need for a self catering holiday/break. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was in a brilliant location, with the nearest beach a minute or two away and the old town about a 5-10 minute walk. Plenty of room for four of us and the apartment was very well equipped. The hosts were brilliant and took us too and from the airport for a very reasonable price. The host was also very responsive and helpful. When I next return to Split I will definitely stay here again.

Apartment was very clean , and everything was available. It‘s also at a great location , all touristy attractions are just 15 min walk away. Beach is just around the corner . We had a great stay.

15 minute walk from the ferry and old town but in a quiet residential neighborhood and 2 blocks to the beach.

The appartement was very well located, close to the beach, shops, old town and nice restaurants. The appartment was very well equipped and the interiour was of high quality, nicely designed with very nice bathroom and additional toilet and a great kitchen with erverything you need, including coffee machine, hot water cooker, etc…

The network is a little slow so sometimes it is hard to use iPAD put on show on TV.

Sooooooo nice and the apartment is really sweet. Also it is near the sea so you could just walk to the sightseeing.

We thought there was a washing machine in the apartment to do our laundry, but it was actually a shared one in the basement and was in use when we were needing to use it so I was never able to do our laundry. It was an inconvenience for sure, but not a deal breaker for the apartment. Just be aware that you might not have the washing machine available to you.

We were allowed to park early even though the room wasn't ready early. Parking was a bit tight, but at least there was parking! The apartment itself was very nice and large. It's close to the beach and a 15min or so walk to the old town.

My only negative was the bath towels needed to be bigger and newer.

Fantastic apartment with modern facilities in a great location. We stayed for 1 night for a quick stopover in Split. Close to the beach and a short walk into town. Supermarkets nearby, washing facilities and parking. Host was incredibly helpful with recommendations and advice on the local area. Was ideal for our stay.

Parking very tight . Would be more suited for a small car.

Great proximity to everything including the Port and shops. We could walk everywhere. Property very well maintained and modern . Air conditioned and well equipped.
