Internet could be faster, washing machine (at least in the building) would be nice.

The apartment is big and sufficiently well equipped. The balconies are sufficiently big too.

"Abandon all hope, ye who enter here" should be written on entry doors. We were not greeted in any way. A lady unlocked our apartment and left without saying a word, didn't show us anything or asked if we needed something, also didn't tell us where can we park if the parking in front of the building is occupied. We ended up having to park on some random plot of land down the street because there was no enough secured parking in front of the apartment. Then there is the apartment itself. You don't get the sense of the layout over pictures, but it's terrible. Your whole apartment acts as a big terrace basically. It offers a little privacy and as promised, a great view (of an apartment building across the yard). Smashed mosquitos on every wall of the apartment and all of the furniture in the apartment is quite worn and in desperate need of replacement. You can also find stains on pretty much any surface you look. There was some leftover food in the dishwasher as well and it had a bad odor when we opened it, mold in the shower, someone else's hair all over the place and lots and lots of dust. Not to mention that TV is not working properly and the WI-FI is next to useless, we ended up having to use our own mobile data. Dishes were filthy and used up. Every pan was all scratched up, handles are falling off and the only cutting board you get is a dirty used up plastic board with leftover food stains and a bad odor, with bits of plastic falling off of it. And of course the dishwasher wasn't working. A truly sad experience. We were left disgusted and couldn't believe what is offered at these prices. It is not clear to us how can Booking allow these kind of places to be offered here.

The parking would be available if the people staying there actually knew how to park. Only 5 parking spaces are available, so if there are more people with cars staying at the apartment, then you have to park elsewhere. We didn't stay in the main house but in a little room behind the house. Every time we entered the area behind the house where there is a terrace, there was this high-pitched screeching noise, which I'm assuming is like an alarm or something. The bed frame and the thing the mattress is on are awful, as it slid off a certain frame and fell into itself in the middle of the night, and we almost had a heart attack. Lots of stuff for cooking, just no cutlery for some reason.

10 minutes ' walk away from the centre. The house has parking*** Air conditioning available. A lot of cooking stuff is available. A terrace.

There was No Wifi. The television did not work. The discription of room was incorrect as it said it had a balcony which it did not. The toilet was filthy and the room was infested with mosquitos. Host never replied to any of my messages

To increase the audience (for the filters on booking) this host is offering the babycot on request; but ignores this request not replying anything. In the end we were not provided with the babycot, nor with some helpful assistance and undertanding by the Booking.com customer support. So disapponting!

I would like to have partial refund because they didn't have Wi-Fe and TV. The Wi-Fe is very important for me during my trips because I have to do my work online. I would like your company to be more watchful about this matters ,if they state they have facilities it should also work (router was very old without protection and without internet).I offered to the owner to use my own internet which one is costing me 15 CAD daily for discount and I was even willing to stay one more day but she refused (because of that I lost half of my day to find a different location in Center with working internet).

This was a last-minute booking for us. The host was friendly and accommodating but the apartment was in need of a bit of fixing and the beds were in need of fixing too. However, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night
