Not really a negative...but some people may find the walk too far. It's approx 15-20 mins uphill from the town centre of Hvar.

Both apartments were clean and Maki helped with any questions and also arranged taxis for us.

The host is very nice and informative. Accommodation is spacious, and it has everything you may want, even card games! There is an outdoor space as well, and it's really close to a lovely beach.

Check out time is too soon, when you are in Hvar time flies, though on request, you were polite and extended it, make sure you book it for 2 days atleast

It was a little dated but not uncomfortable as it was very well equipped and beds were comfy and aircon was great. It was a long walk from centre of Hvar but it was expected given the price and taxi was not expensive so wasn’t an issue, ended up being cheaper than paying premium of being downtown and was quieter.

Very spacious room and lovely terrace, good location near a beach and good value for money. Maki and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly.

Beautiful apartment within an easy walk of the centre of Hvar. The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean. Mak was very friendly and communication was great and he gave some really good recommendations. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to Hvar.

From the moment we arrived we felt like we were in heaven. Everything was amazing. Best beach in Hvar was only a short walk away, actually everything was only a short walk from the apartments. Accommodation was clean and spacious. The outdoor area was great. The host was kind and helpful. Will definitely recommend to our family and friends.

There was bugs all over the floor. The owner asked to pay in CASH on arrival which we were not aware of, the owner came into our garden whilst we were sleeping which completely violated our privacy and started to *clean* up even though there was not a mess. Felt like the owner didn’t give us our own space and was always too close.

The facilities did not match the expectations whatsoever, pictures listed online showcase a luxurious house which makes it seem like the entire place is yours. Our booking was for 5 people, however the studio could fit maximum 3. The bathroom had a weird odour coming, the glasses in the kitchen smelled of alcohol. The main double bed was a sofa bed with no pillows. Luckily we were only there for 4 days. Also the host was seen entering the apartment without us being there.

Far away, dirty, unconfortable, very strange and unpleasant host, second room not prepared, kitchen dirty, horrible bathroom.

Location was ideal. Right next to a beautiful beach and an okay walk away from the town. Maki was an excellent host - helped us book a boat excursion and different restaurants.

Bathroom is old and the toilet doesn’t work properly. Living room sofa is converted to a double bed so it is not an actual room. Host was caught entering the apartment without previous notice to the guests, which is unacceptable. It is way too hot to sleep in the room because there is neither air conditioning nor ventilator.

The house is close to the beach Pokonji Dol which is really convenient. House also has a nice terrace with sneak peek to the sea, though not a full sea view. Host was offering tips and advices how to go around which is appreciated.
