We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

HungaryThe accommodation was perfect – well-equipped and very clean. Nothing is overcomplicated, yet everything you might need is provided. The host was attentive and very kind! The location of the accommodation is ideal, and we absolutely loved the view from the terrace. We had a wonderful time, and Novigrad has become our new favorite town in Croatia!

A very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a lovely holiday. Novigrad is a beautiful town and the apartment is in the perfect location with a balcony looking over a beautiful view! The owners are very helpful and added lovely touches to make us feel welcome.

HungaryBrand new, modern, clean apartment with a beautiful view; it could only be reached by stairs (it didn't bother us). We were very satisfied with it. Ivana is a very friendly, helpful and kind host. Novigrad is a quiet, not crowded fishing village, one of our favourites, and it's not the first time we've spent our vacation here. Thank you very much.

We had a 1 week stay in Novigrad, 4 adults. I will pick the biggest highlights: APARTMENT - The apartment is beautifully furnished and clearly newly done - pictures absolutely fit the reality. - Kitchen contains all you might need even for longer stay, even for more advanced cooking than your usual simple pasta. - Bathroom had a washing machine with a couple pods available - this was a very pleasant surprise, I think it wasn't even in the description. - Cleanliness - There were even small amenities like sets of toothbrushes or houseslippers, if we needed so. We didn't utilize it, but it shows care of the owner. - Very comfortable beds. - the hanging sitting egg on the terrace is awesome - Cute view from the terrace and the kitchen window - just next to a small town church in a calm part of Novigrad. AREA - The town atmosphere is amazing. - clean sea, even various fish and shells to be seen underwater - Studenac shop nearby, bakery also not far TV, WiFi - smart TV and internet card (good connection) - we didn't go for vacation to watch TV, :), but it was great to catch on some Olympic highlights on a decent screen OVERALL - the owner Ivana was very nice, regularly checked if we needed anything and was generally very pleasant to deal with <3 - cold welcome beer and water awaited us, such a nice gesture ... I think I could go on for a while :) We really head a great stay!

SlovakiaThe apartment was an excellent choice for our recent stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness and brand-new condition of the space. The thoughtful inclusion of a small gift - a magnet - as well as cold beverages in the fridge, was a lovely additional touch that made us feel welcome. The furniture and decoration were practical and well-appointed, creating a comfortable and functional living environment. The apartment was clearly designed with the guest's needs in mind, providing all the essential amenities for a pleasant and carefree stay. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment booking. The combination of the pristine condition, convenient amenities, and warm hospitality made for a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning in the future.
