A great hotel @ Zadar. Owners and staff are very courteous and beautiful. Superb comfy rooms. Free parking. The vibe and deco is "old school" luxury hotel. But everything is maintained well. Amazing restaurant. Value for money

The hotel is a family owned business and had about 15 or so rooms. The hotel is right on the sea and a couple of kilometers from the old town and easily accessible with a car / taxi or even a bike. The rooms are a little old but the size of the room is large and spacious. The kids room was separate with it's own door. We also had our own private balcony and a view of the Adriatic sea. Our room was clean, well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and well equipped with towels and toiletries. We reached on Christmas Eve and started on Christmas day and were the only guests at the hotel. Despite us being the only guests the staff was very very nice, they made breakfast just for us and the hotel owner's family provided us some Christmas sweets as well. I have to make a special mention to the reception staff Martina and Ana who were extremely helpful and nice. Parking is easily available and free at the property. We also found that people in Zadar were very hospitable and nice in general.

The location.

Breakfast was all right. The original room I requested was not available, something about the air conditioner breaking down so they gave us two rooms but not together. It was fine for one night.we had dinner at their restaurant and it was good. If you have the money you should get the presidential suite. It was beautiful.

This hotel is a step back in time for all of the best reasons. The decor is traditional, roomy and our room had an amazing balcony with sea views. What makes Hotel Niki so amazing is the staff and their kindness and generosity. We had a car accident late at night and were diverted from our plans and were scrambling to find a hotel at 10pm on a rainy night. After trying six hotels, Niko had one room left and when we arrived, wet and bedraggled at 11pm, they helped us with our piles of luggage from our ruined car, and kept the kitchen open so we could be fed after a very scary experience. They were so welcoming and reassuring, we felt like we had returned to family. The restaurant is a real treat, one of the best in Zadar. Yes, we had bad luck on our holiday with our accident, but serendipity saved the day as we got to experience Niko and all its charms.

We very much enjoyed our visit to Zadar and Hotel Nico. The location was great and we enjoyed walking across the street to the beach. We also walked to Old Town. We very much enjoyed our included breakfast. It was delicious with ample variety. The parking was very convenient right in front of the hotel. Our room was very nice and had a nice view of the Sea. The staff was excellent ... very friendly and helpful! Whenever we visit Zadar again, we will definitely stay at the Hotel Nico.

It was charming and very low key, clean, comfortable and the staff was exceedingly pleasant. This was a surprise in its small, friendly way...like being home (almost:-) Excellent restaurant and pleasant location right across from the beach and a marina, not far (1.7 miles to the old city-visible from our room.) Would definitely stay here in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

AC in our room was old-based. With mechanical control panel. At the beginning days it didn’t work properly, but then it was fixed and everything was great. Also, I would add a little more hooks for clothes outside of wardrobe in the lobby area. Everything else was on the proper level!

Room- clean, comfortable, wide, fancy. Terrace - additional bonus feature, that you get for free. Bathroom- clean, nice looking.

The balcony is small and it was not pleasant to sit on it, the view from the balcony was of neglected houses in the village. But we weren't there at all

We came broken from the heat after a week of sailing on a sailboat in August, we only wanted air conditioning and a good shower and we got more than expected. Clean, friendly staff and good location.
