Our room was a little bit small,under the roof. Was present the air conditioning,that we didn't use, the problem is that the cieling was very low. However the bed was very comfortable.

I like the position, from the hotel you can reach easily the center without moving the car. The breakfast has been very good...The staff was friendly,available to give us all information we needed.

The room was very small — around 12 square meters — even though the photos made it look larger. The bathroom was also tiny. To plug in a phone charger, I had to slightly move the bed, which then blocked the bathroom door. The balcony door couldn’t fully open because of the bedside table. If you're traveling as a group of three, even with a small child who can share the bed, I wouldn't recommend this room, even for a couple of nights. It's better to look for something more spacious. Rooms with double beds in other hotels were noticeably larger.

Excellent service, convenient parking, delicious breakfast and dinner, well-maintained grounds, and a very clean room.

if you have any question or any uncertainty DO ask it because the man did not say anything about the food or information about the accomodation and stuff upon arriving. Im not sure if this was because we had to speak in english. We asked the room with breakfast and dinner. The breakfast choices were not so vary, we missed the vegetables for example. The dinner was also a russian rulette. The owner did not offer choices, there was no menu (or we just weren't informed) you had to eat what they brought to you to the table (actually the other tables were getting the same food), but it was good tho (starter, main dish and dessert).

The room and the bathroom was clean with AC, and the beach was only for a few minutes walk

The bed (for my personal choice) was far too hard. Therefore barely slept. Noise from hallway could be heard very well (sound isolation is minimal). Also smelled of cigarettes smoke from other tenants in the house.

Excellent location - within walking distance of beach and evening activities. Still far enough for some peace and quiet. Breakfast buffet with good selection of different foods.

The bathroom is a bit small. The dinner was in the price and we couldn't order from the menu only we got something from the menu. They asked what we don't like but we couldn't choose anything. The communication was a bit difficult because the staff barely speak in English.

Room was small but just enough for two people. It was always clean and every morning the staff cleaned our room. Breakfast was always enough and delicious and we got homemade pastries every morning. We ask dinner which was tasty as well. The staff was very kind and nice every situation. I can recommend for a weekend or for a week.

Bit of a nasty smell in the bathroom, coming up from the pipes. Would waft into the room if you weren't careful.

We arrived and wanted to check in and I was curious about if we had a balcony included to our room so I’ll ask a question. Do we have a balcony for our room? The guy was super rude and he was swearing at us in Croatian, and he called I think his brother to come over and help us. He was better but still very rude and arrogant. He showed us our room and all the way down he was going downstairs for swearing in Croatian on us as well.I was very upset but I said okay let’s stay in. Let’s try to enjoy our time during our stay over they didn’t even try to make an eye contact, sometimes or maybe one time the guy said good morning.I didn’t wanted to leave a complaint but today when we paid for our stay they didn’t even say thank you or thanks for coming or I hope you had a lovely time,so yeah it was not a really positive experience for us. This was our first time in Croatia and I’m not quite sure if we will ever come back

We had an agreement about check-in, which then wasn't followed through, didn't even try to apologize. The owners (or the staff), were a little bit rude, almost as if we were the ones making them a favour.

We had to pay extra for drinks at dinner, and there was a limited selection at breakfast. The room lacked a clothes drying rack. There was very little space in both the bathroom and the room.

Breakfast was served as a buffet, with a limited selection but tasty. The food was repetitive. Dinner was cooked for us, it was very delicious, with three courses every evening.

We had reserved a parking space included in the price of the room, but when we arrived there was no covered parking space for our car, so we had to park next to the entrance to the building. The attic room is very small, not for two adults. It would be more suitable for one person. Very difficult to move. Also, during the day it gets very hot in the summer but there is air conditioning. No shower gel in the bathroom. No fruit and veggies at breakfast. The staff was mostly fine, although the elderly female employee was not talkative or friendly to us, cold greeting at the check in. Didn't make us feel welcome during our stay. The younger lady we met at breakfast was kind and helpful, as was the gentleman during check out.

The guesthouse is located next to the main road, a few minutes' walk to the beach. Google navigation led us the wrong way but we managed to find it. On the main road you need to turn left at the sign Burin and go to the end of the one-way street. The center of Baška is close and you can take a walk. Everything was clean and tidy in our room. They made our bed in the morning. On the same floor, a small balcony is available for all guests. Breakfast was mostly ok. It was served on a nice terrrace. They prepare eggs as you like and offer a modest selection of cheese and salami, several kinds of ceral and jams. We tried delicious waffles and croissants. Coffee, milk and juice are from the machine.
