The room was clean and comfortable, location 30 mins walk from Entrance 2. Most of all the lovely owner was very helpful with suggestions for meal and where to go once at Plitvice Lakes and drove us down to entrance 2 when he found out the taxi was too far away to book our ride.

I liked everything about this hotel and its lovely owners.

The hosts were very helpful with information about nearby Plitvice Lakes National Park and were wonderfully generous, handing me a plate of very tasty home-made cakes and offering me a taste of home made schnapps. My room was cosy and well appointed, with a lovely view from the window. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast had an amazing variety of food, including many home made items.

Location to park was perfect. Owners were very kind and helpful, the breakfast spread, for a small fee, was exceptional! I was most impressed with how clean everything was. Very comfortable and quiet room. Highly recommend for a peaceful rest after a long day of hiking.

husband and wife owners were wonderful. their love of the place shows through. they were quick to give suggestions for our adventures, dinner recommendations and road trips. they served a wonderful breakfast 15 euro extra and well worth it. pretty much had everything you could think of in the buffet. the place is lovely with a nice restaurant for dinner a 3 minute walk down the road and the location for plitvice lakes can't be beat. wish we could have stayed longer. oh yeah, and loved our balcony and views.

If travelling with no car the Inn is walking distance from the bus stop (Mukinje), about 2km walk to Entrance 2 & several dining options walkable. Breakfast is extremely good value (€15). I was given great recommendations to make the most of my time at the Lakes. As a solo traveller I felt safe walking around the area.

The shower bracket could’ve been mounted higher on the shower wall, to allow you to put the shower head in it and use both hands for showering. To be fair, there was also an overhead “rain” shower head, but that is impractical if you want to avoid getting your hair wet. I prefer a shower head mounted to the wall of the shower. The mount for the shower head was down around the level of my waist, so I knelt on my knees in order to have the shower head at the right level for showering (otherwise, you had to hold the handheld shower head with one hand and try to wash with the other hand). A simple solution would be to move the mount up higher on the shower wall.

Beautiful breakfast, with a large selection of foods, not only eggs, bacon, sausages, but also lovely fresh fruit and homemade quick breads and pastries. Great espresso machine to make your coffee the way like it! The grounds were inviting with comfortable surroundings and flowers in bloom in the spacious yard.

Close to a main road allthough there are not many cars in the night

The room and toilets are a little small, but given that we had a short stay and we were only there to visit Plitvice park, it’s perfectly alright. The proximity to the park and other restaurants, and the hospitality of the caretakers more than made up for it.

The property is very close to Plitvice Lakes Nature Park. They have an exceptional breakfast spread starting at 7AM that was also suitable for my vegetarian friends in the group. The caretakers at the property told us how to get to the best route in the park, and very helpful with booking cabs to/from the hotel when informed. They even borrowed a steam iron from a neighbour as their iron was being used by another guest.

The property and room were very nice and comfortable with modern amenities and rustic charm. The host was very nice and accommodating and made our short stay very smooth and pleasant. Location is about a 20-30 minute walk from park entrance #2 (an easy walk during daylight hours but not for after sunset as the trails get very dark).
