You have to walk up several flights of stairs and at night there's no automatic lights that come on so it's dark. Once you do reach the owners level the lights come on

The room is a little bit small but it was sufficient for what we needed and an easy walk to the port and various restaurants

Only complaint was the suites are located adjacent to a night club. They say it's "soundproof" but I had to use earplugs to sleep. Otherwise it was great and as advertised.

I choose this apartment because the location is close the old town , end up they assigned the other apartment which is far away from old town. And need carry luggages to the 3rd floor, even though the staff willing help.

We were 5 adults and 1 kid. The staff took very special care to make us feel comfortable.. The room was very clean and they had all top class facilities. The location of the suites were great and had ample accessibility to city transport. Unfortunately, I had left my jacket in the room cupboard and I realized it too late.. Dijana helped with finding it and in fact also shipped it to my Netherlands address!! I really appreciate the kind of service they provided us.. thanks team Priuli! Keep up the good work.

Had an amazing stay - the location is perfect - extremely close to everything. Despite being in the touristy area of the city and my room facing the street, the rooms are very well isolated and I could not hear any noise from the people/cars outside. The rooms are well decorated, modern and have a perfectly functioning AC (which seems to be quite rare these days). There is also no 'stingy' policy, or cutting corners on providing a great experience. In addition, the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and responsive. Prior to my stay I had to book the taxi ride through Priuli (which I highly recommend) as I was flying in very late. Was received by someone on reception that explained everything in the room in detail and gave great tips of what to do and where to go in town. At the end of my stay I could leave my bags at reception after checkout as I did some more city walking prior to leaving Split. Would absolutely stay there again.

Breakfast is expensive and outside the location. Do not include breakfast in your reservation. The room is without a view at all. The pics from the surroundings do not match the location

Our recent stay at the Priuli Luxury Rooms was a delight. Situated in the immediate vicinity of the city center, this modern, clean and comfortable accommodation provided the perfect base for exploring all that the beautiful Split has to offer. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the host, whose hospitality exceeded our expectations. They took the time to share their extensive knowledge of the area regarding best eateries, places to see, and things to do. We recommend you visit the fortress of Kliss, which is easy to reach by bus. Simply walk from the apartment to the nearest (larger) bus point and take bus number 22 until the final stop: Kliss fortress. The views there are breathtaking and the cute little restaurant right in front of the bus stop has great food. And if you are into Game of Thrones, you're in for a little treat! Next time we're in Split, we'll stay here again for sure!

Excellent !! The place and room are extra clean and the beds were super comfy. The hosts are kind and they have extra details that made our stay so lovely like surprise snacks and a boiler in the room. If I ever come back to Split I would stay here again

The room or house didn’t have any balcony or terrace and the room was quite small to hang out. But we were most of the time elsewhere, so it was ok.

Location was excellent, everything within walking distance. Breakfest and especially coffee great! Note that breakfest is served in different location in a restaurant, maybe 300 meters from the Priuli. Staff very friendly.

There is a disco close by and I could hear music beats  into the early hours of the morning other than that he was perfect as the staff were extremely helpful
