Everything is great.

The host was adorable. Mrs. Vera is so welcoming. She even made us coffee every morning of our two nights stay. :) The room is clean, it’s exatcly like in the picture. You got a kettle and a little fridge on the terrace. The location is good, 10min walk from old town. Would recommend.

Room was beside main road but I knew this before booking so it was not a surprise and therefore not a problem.

Host was excellent. Very friendly, accommodating and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Facility was spotlessly clean and the coffee really good.

Not a very central location but we knew that when we booked so no complaints.

Vera, the host, was a lovely, welcoming lady who greeted us with snacks and coffees on arrival. We couldn’t speak each other’s languages but we got there in the end! The room was clean, with a nice balcony and a great bathroom. Location was fine, perhaps a 15 minute walk into Rovinj.

Actually, it's a room in the owner's apartment, so the hallway is shared. For some, this could be a privacy issue, even though you get a key. Some toiletries could be provided. We got a hand soap from the owner when we asked her. No room for suitcases. Really big noise from the street when the balcony doors are open. Downtown is 20-30 min on foot, good beaches, too.

The owner is very friendly, will meet all your needs if possible, even let you cook at her kitchen. Towels are changed practically daily. The room is very clean. Bathroom is almost new, if not new. No street noise when balcony doors are closed. Balcony is smartly organized as a dining space and can be used for breakfast. Kettle, coffe-machine and toaster are very welcome. Free parking zone is nearby. Mini market is in the same building, mega markets are nearby. Photos of the room are realistic.

Room wasn’t big, but very comfortable and functional. Space is use really smart and gives you everything you need. Beds are comfortable, room is quiet. Host is an absolutely wonderful person – she care about guests, keep rooms clean all the time, help with any problems and prepare delicious coffee. At first we was worry, because she don’t speaks English, but in fact, it wasn’t a big problem. Room is about 5 minutes from the old town. But there are parking places and easy departure from the city.

However, after my arrival, I had to realize that the reality differs from the information and reviews that were found about the accommodation at the time of my booking. To start with the most basic, there was no functioning WiFi. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom. When I found the accommodation on booking it was not stated that the room is located in the flat of the owner, along with the fact that the owner has a cat. I find it a bit shady that the rent is paid only in cash. Furthermore, in the room, there was a paper summarizing the house rules, out of which I would take an example to further explain my overall bad experience. One of the rules clearly stated that the owner is NOT allowed to enter the room at ANY time unless she has the green from the renters. I stayed three nights and the owner entered the room that was locked with a key two days in a row while I was not in the room, she moved my things around, opened the windows, and acted as if nothing had happened. Once she even tried to enter the room during the period of time I was inside without prior signs or knocking. After confronting her with the issue she tried to apologize but from the point of her entering and touching my things I did not feel safe or comfortable. I left the earliest possible on my last day. On top of everything she is also disorganized. Did not know I was coming, the price that I booked the accommodation for on the website and I also had to wait for her to check-in. Additionally, she misplaced my passport in the timespan she had to check it and verify my identity. Overall, I had a very bad experience, especially since I was traveling alone. I would not recommend this room to anyone, no matter if traveling alone or in a couple. The renter is a nice person deep down, but there are serious issues that are concerning the organization and advertisement of this place.

I booked my trip to Rovinj last minute and was looking forward to it, including the town as well as the accommodation. Before my arrival, I was quite happy with my find since the room I booked was 20 min walk from the beach and old town at a relatively affordable price with high ratings and good reviews.

Extremely disappointed with the owner. She lost our ID cards. In the morning, when she's asleep, she rattles the door, wakes us up. Walks into the living quarters during the stay,.....

The owner Vera gets positive revues from earlier guests; our experience was quite different. On the door were houserules. 1 rule stated that the owner was not allowed to enter our room in our absence and must notify us beforehand when she wants to when there is suspicion of damage. Nevertheless she entered it 3 times, even after apologizing after we adressed the issue and promised not to do so again. Also when we arrived it took her an hour to check is in (with my help) on the evisitorwebsite because she was not very handy on the computer. Also she kept questioning the the period we booked and the amount of money that should be paid when we arrived. We did not felt save anymore and left 1 day earlier and booked a room elsewhere for that day. Never again do we book here anymore.

The bed was great and the airco worked well on the room.
