Nice to be able to have the breakfast outside. We were able to park our car already before the checkin time and walk to the city centre (about 30 min walk 😉). For us this was a pefect place to visit Zadar.

The stay at Rooms Margarita was perfect! There’s literally nothing to complain about. Perfect location near centre and beaches, nice, clean room, rich breakfast, facilities like beach towels, sunburn cream etc. to borrow and Margarita was super nice to us as the host but mostly as a person which we appreciated the most!

Nice and always smiling owner and excellent communication. Really nice room in a quiet location. Good breakfast in a cute garden. Mosquito net on the window. Stuff you can borrow like umbrellas or different beach items.

Margarita was very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast offered was very generous and the atmosphere is very peaceful and garden like. The location is good yet a bit far by walk from Zadar centre or old town. Private parking was right outside the apartment. Would definitely recommend.

The AC in our room could have been positioned better but we made it work.

Room was spacious and clean. With plenty space for storage in the bathroom which was awesome. Everything you need was available even stuff for the beach. Breakfast was home made and delicious.

The location was a bit tricky, to find it, but she gave us directions to follow, making everything easier. We were very happy.

Breakfast was good, the music played in the background was marvellous, the host was very nice and attentive to everyone. The room was good, comfy and clean, also the bathroom. She has some spare items for everyone to borrow, which is very useful.

Easy to check in even after midnight as our plane was late! We got the keys in the room and parking outside is free. Breakfast was great, staff very attentive and friendly and nice room
