Nice balcony, air conditioning works great. Rooms are pretty big.

This was the last hotel on our trip to Croatia and it was sadly so disappointing. We stayed here for only two nights, paid a whole 210€. At first the room looked clean, but both days we woke up with many BED BUG bites. Legs, arms, palms, back, butt, face are bitten and itchy. There was NO HOT WATER on the second night, when we wanted to take a shower before our long flight home. The rooms are equipped with very old furniture, the beds are hard and very creaky (the mattresses are so worn out). For such crazy money they don't even provide shampoo or shower gel (it's a small detail, but still). The location is good for those who have a car, otherwise the city centre is comfortably reachable only by Bolt or taxi. The first night it was difficult to sleep because there was a drunk lady acting up in the hallway. Also, the refrigerator was so loud we had to turn it off.

The fridge, plates and cutlery were a nice bonus. The balcony had a table and chairs and the aircon was also really good.

Having Netflix on the telly would’ve been nice and the TV was difficult to navigate for English speakers.

We really enjoyed our stay :) Very clean apartment, tasty breakfasts, nice and helpful staff, who gave us tips on restaurants and the city. I would totally go back there if I go to Zadar in the future :)

Cleaning service and location

Very Clean Room, Staff Very Helpful And Friendly Room Was A Good Size And Property Was In Quite A Good Location Very Close To Supermarket And Places To Eat. Only A Short Walk To Bus Stop And Beach It Was Only A Short Stay And We Had Full Days Out Planned So An Adequate Base For Our Needs

Bed Was Very Creaky Helpful To Have A Fridge And Kettle But Not Really Able To Make Anything To Eat As No Facilities Which Wasn't A Problem For Us

Good location, specially if travelling with car since there is parking. Could easily reach Zadar centre by bus. 15 min walk to the beach. Good host, gave us good restaurant tips.

Room was clean but smelled like tobacco smoke even after aired out during the day. Not very sound proof, could hear everything from other rooms.

The facilities were clean and provided the basic necessities.

The owner of the villa is a very helpful and friendly person. When we arrived to Zadar he gave us a lot of tips about the place. We were given a map of the city with a recommandation of places worth visiting. What is more, a room with a seaview made our breakfast perfect❤️ The villa is situated within walking distance to all important facilities.I truely recommand this place.

Very polite and helpful owner of the hotel. The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need. There is a kettle and a small fridge. Perfect for relaxation. The host can help organize excursions.

If you go from the sea along the streets, then you need to use Google maps, otherwise you can easily get into a dead end.
