Having a kitchen and a sink with no sponge, no soap, no towel is meaningless for a short stay. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge. Hospitality was too automated for my taste.

Nothing about our experience was something we did not like.

Everything was very comfortable. Old town was right across the street and the parking lot was close and inexpensive. The room had everything we needed to enjoy eating at home when we chose to do so.

The elevator is quite old so we were struggling with it till host teach us personally how to open it.

The location is good, easy to reach city centre, port, supermarkets by foot. Dishwashing machine, washing machine and dryer were really nice to have.

I arrived quite kate and shops were closed to buy coffe. There was coffe ma June in the apartment but no coffee. It was disappointment which could have been avoided easy in terms of money and effort. I left couple of cupsules for next guest. Plus inconsistent internet connection was minor disruption. Mostly was lacking in the bedroom.

The apartment was spacious, quiet, new furnishings etc. Very well located. We decided to spend an extra night there. Getting into the apartment was another matter. The apartment building is a big hulking antique and the street number wasn't clear. The instructions are a bit cryptic, first finding the code for entry door and walking into a very dark, rather spooky hallway in the evening. Finally we found a light switch. The elevator was out of a 1930's movie and the instructions to use it were vague so we dragged our bags up 3 flights of ancient marble stairs. The apartment was a surprise being that it was so perfect. The next morning we figured out the elevator and everything was much less eerie. We ended up extending our stay.

Lovely modern and clean apartment in a great location. Parking close by. Host was available promptly to answer any questions. The washing machine and drier were an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing to complain about!

The interior of the apartment is very clean and new, while the balcony retains an old-style charm, creating a beautiful combination. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the size is perfect with one living room and one bedroom. The location is excellent, close to the city center, bus stops, and a supermarket. The stuff were so nice and collaborative.

The washing machine was not in the apartment and was shared. Slow WiFi (not an issue if on holiday but for a business trip this was a big issue). Shower had little hot water, enough for one person shower so you have to wait a bit for the boiler to warm up more water before the second one showered. The curtains were quite dirty, and some even were missing!

Everything was great, very good value and had everything we needed. The staff were very quick to help.

Some of the facilities are a bit dated but nothing too much.

The location is very convenient, just a few steps from the city centre, also there is a parking nearby. It has a cute balcony and it is spacious.

Experienced a mild flooding problem in the bathroom after you use the shower. It appears that water runs down towards the bathroom door and overtime caused it to swell which made the door a little sticky to close. Not a big deal though.

Great location in a beautiful old building. Super clean and comfortable. Great communication from the host and excellent customer service.
