The hotel didn't inform us in advance of the beach and temporary restaurant closure prior to our arrival; it was only open for breakfast buffet and the beach was closed due to construction. The hotel should have offered box lunches for pur hase and/or a list of restaurants in the area where one could eat while it was closed. We also noted some maintenance issues and smoking in the building, which we informed the hotel staff about.

the ceiling height was low. and at breakfast there were some strange tourists ... with thermos bottles.. and the breakfast is ok, the baked eggs were great.

Staff wasn’t overly friendly or accommodating. Our room was fantastic but we had a horrible smell in our bathroom. It smelled like backed up sewage and got worse as we stayed . We did let them know at the front desk who said they would look into it. Wifi was almost non existent. The signal dropped every few minutes IF you were even lucky to get a signal to begin with.

Location was beautiful. Room was a fantastic size and breakfast was great.

No bar open after 10pm to get a drink or even a vending machine or fridge with drinks in the room - that was the only downside, as we came to the room late after a party when all the shops were closed nearby already and we didn't have anything to drink and hoped to purchase something at the hotel but that wasn't the option.

We've booked cheaper room in the annex but on arrival decided to treat ourselves with an upgrade. We decided to take a room with jacuzzi and a terrace and it made our entire stay, the view was amazing!!! Thank you!

That we didn't receive the original room we had booked the first night at the hotel.

We were surprised to receive such a small room, not like the one we had booked. The hotel staff weren't able to change our room the first night because the hotel was at 100% capacity, but they did change our room for the following night. The staff were super helpful.

Mattresses were too soft and not comfortable enough for me. Carpet was not vaccumed. It could use more housekeeping.

Very calm and nice area. It is a suburb of Split. You need 25min by car to get to Split including traffic from Podstrana to Split. Perfect for relaxing. Nice beach and restaurants in the area. We loved the view from our room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The room was big. The terrasse in our room was perfect.

The room was supposed to have sea view from the balcony but it really hadn't as the view was blocked bty a pule ground as the balcony was almost underground. The room didn't match the price.

Beach and restaurant were great. The breakfast buffet was good and had many choises.
