Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsPaid non-alcoholic drinks (even water and tea) at the dinner is a bit too much. Would be nice to have a tea boiler or a coffee machine in the room.
We enjoyed our stay a lot: nice recently renovated hotel with the pool and next to the sea, friendly staff, clean room, wonderful breakfast and dinner. Tennis courts right across the street!

DenmarkShould rethink their drinks menus and recipes, every time I got a drink was very dissapointing and didn't matched the prise.
We had a great stay, the hotel is located bit further from the center of a village, right by the sea, which was nice and peacefull. The room was huge, pretty, tidy and even smelled fresh and clean. Great breakfast.

SerbiaComplex is very nice and good organised. It was porfect for the vacation od my family. They have very nice beach and lot of threes for the shadow when day is too hot this is perfect. I hope we would come again in this complex

Denmark- There is not a lot of information in the hotel app so we asked the reception about several things. However, most of the time they looked at us as if we were stupid not to know. Overall a lot of the staff seemed overworked - so maybe they were just stressed. - The stay would have been significantly better if the food was better. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was very mediocre and not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.
The rooms are really spacious and nice and overall you can see that the hotel is newly renovated. Also the spa facilities looked very nice (but did not have time to use them). Water in pool and sea was also nice.

SwedenWe had breakfast and dinner included, we were shocked to find out that water for ex. is not free, not even a glass of water with coffee. The food was horrible, most of the things are frozen foods and cheap. Even tho we have payed for the breakfast and dinner , because it was so bad we had to go out of the hotel to eat for those meals. The service was almost nonexistent, there were a few hours where you could not get any service, even the lunch-snacks that are charged extra we weren't able to get midday because the staff was having lunch at the restaurant and not one person was able to serve, water as well. We could not get towels for the beach because apparently they don't have for enough guests by 10 oclock in the morning. There was no service on the beach, there's one coffee shop. The spa was open only until 20:00 oclock which was super inconvenient , and therefore it was super busy all the time. The whole beach did not look like the pictures, it had a very dull feeling to it. For 2 nights in a row until 4.00 in the morning there was really loud music coming from the bar close to the hotel.
