The apartment is spotlessly clean and tidy. It has a very comfortable bed. There's everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The landlord and her daughter are kind, proactive and responsive people. I can definitely recommend both this apartment and the landlord. The only thing that could be a problem is that there's no elevator in the building and the apartment is on 4th floor. It is situated in a quiet area not far from a tram station (3 minutes walk).

Everything was great. The location is excellent, with Jarun Lake nearby, and many restaurants and stores. During the day it is no problem to find free parking near the apartment (a bit more difficult in the evening, typical for Zagreb in the evening). The apartment is very clean. The host was friendly and helpful.

The apartement was as expected and described. It had everything I needed for my 4-day-stay. The apartement was clean and calm. Different shops, supermarkets and cafés are within walking distance. A tram station is near by. Communication with the hosts was easy and they enabled me an earlier check-in, which I appreciated a lot.

Amazing apartment in Zagreb for a great price. The owner is very welcoming and she explains everything! It is close to Jarun lake and it is not far from the city center by public transportation. Neighbourhood is great and has groceries shop and bakery for your everyday needs.

Great location with tram17 right by the house taking you to city center. We drove a car and parking was not an issue. The flat itself is clean and modern. AC was weak, but it cooled the room a bit - could use attention, but not a big problem. Would come back again. Thank you for great and clean place at a good price!

While the studio apartment is quite small, it's well laid out and tastefully decorated. The sofa folds out into a comfortable bed. It has a thick mattress, no problem getting a good night sleep on. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has an excellent shower. Everything seems to be new and in good working order. And I was there during a hot period, so the aircon was a really nice feature! The owners live right next door and are very friendly and welcoming. It's located in a residential area, which is perfectly quiet at night. Zero noise from the streets or neighbors. There are multiple grocery shops nearby, and it's close to tram and bus connections. It is a little out of the way of the center of the city, takes about 30 mins. But that reflects in the reasonable pricing.

This was one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in as it was the same size as a lot of one bedroom apartments in Croatia. It had an open floor plan, fully equipped for long stay if needed, nice TV, extremely clean and organized, zero noise emission from neighbours. Also, the host was very professional and friendly, check-in/out was fast and simple. There are few other apartments managed by same host in this building if this one is occupied. It's a 2 minute walk from the bus station, so it was perfect for me because I had to travel the next day. It's easy to use the tram at the bus station and to be in the center in about 10 minutes, or take a cheap Uber and go anywhere you need to go in the city.

None. The place is not in Zagreb center -- but it's quiet and cozy, so location is good if you don't mind to get to city center by transport.

The place is VERY clean. All furniture and stuff is white so any dirt would be noticeable -- but there was none! Hosts are very heartfelt and ready to help with anything you need.
