The apartment is spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom and a large terrace with views of the old town. Very easy to gain entry to the building and good communication from our host

The view and apartment itself was beautiful

115 Steps to get to the apartment. It's on the top floor which is the 7th floor. No lifts available. Not able to find parking in the complex. If you have large heavy luggage good luck getting it upstairs

The view is amazing as is the close proximity to the old town. Communication with the host was exceptional and she was so helpful with anything we needed. It was kind of her to leave a few drinks for our arrival. The bed is comfortable and there are lots of towels for guest use.This was our second visit and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Nothing not to like. There are 110 steps to the apartment but this keeps you fit and didn’t put me off. I’m 60 and my husband 62, but we are pretty energetic and didn’t mind the steps.

The stairs would be a challenge if you had mobility issues ( 112 steps) but you have a wonderful view for that reason and parking could be an issue , free around property but limited , would have to pay in public car park in front of building

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The View Zadar! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment is modern, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. The name says it all—the view is breathtaking! Waking up to the panoramic sea and cityscape was a dream. The location is perfect—close to the city center yet peaceful, allowing for both exploration and relaxation. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail in the apartment is thoughtfully designed, from the stylish decor to the well-equipped kitchen and super comfortable bed. It truly felt like a home away from home. I only wish I could have stayed longer! If you're looking for a place in Zadar that offers comfort, luxury, and an unbeatable view, this is it. I can't wait to return!

A lot of stairs - 11 flights! But worth it for the view

The apartment was in an excellent location. It was spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. The balcony had a fantastic view and a great seating area. The hostess was so friendly and so helpful. She gave us great advice on what to see and where to eat. She was very accommodating with our arrival and very kind. We also loved the water pressure in the shower. Best shower we had in Croatia.

The only thing was the toilet seat lid. It didn’t stay up properly so it would often close while you were sitting on it and hit you in the back.

The location is great, very near to the old city. Lucija was so helpful and informative.

Absolutely fabulous property. Superb view from the gorgeous balcony overlooking the water and bridge over to the old town. Very well decorated with good quality furniture and everything provided for a top rated stay. Great tips from the host who was very responsive to my questions during our three night stay. I loved that it was the top floor with no one above us. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again and I consider myself very fussy. There was nothing I would change about staying here. I didn’t care about the steps up to it as it worked off all the cakes and food consumed !

The apartment was great and very well equipped. The view from the apartment was fantastic. The apartment was quiet and comfortable at night with good air conditioning.

The apartment was on the top floor with 110 steps of stairs up to it. It didn't really bother us as we just had to navigate them once or twice a day but it may have been a problem for someone less fit.

The place was perfect, the view from terrace was great. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace overlooking the city wall. Lucjia who greeted us was professional, friendly and efficient.

It didn’t occur to me there were 5 floors to climb up. It wouldn’t affect my choice though because we are both fit.

Lucija was an amazing host, very informative, gave us good recommendations or where to eat and where to visit, had maps at the ready. Lovely person! The apartment was spotless. Fully equipped kitchen, washing/ironing facilties. Absolutely everything you need and more for your stay. We brought our own washing pods however this was all fully provided and dishwasher tabs too! Balcony/terrace was lovely, very spacious with a beautiful view. Aircon worked very well ☺️ Also has a great private storage facility for luggage on your last day if needed. Perfect location opposite the old town! Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Nothing, it was great, however if you struggle with stairs you may struggle with these a little as was on 5th floor and no lift but was OK for us.

Property was in a great location close to everything. It was spotlessly clean and well decorated. The host was extremely helpful and pleasant, nothing was to much trouble for her.

Everything was perfect! I would like to thank our host, Lucija for everything! It is a pleasure to have met you! + amazing view (even better than the photos!) + spotlessly clean + good AC + location! Overlooking the old city, near the ferry port, beach is just 15-20 minutes on foot. Grocery stores, bakery, ATM right next to the property! + comfortable bed + kitchen has everything you need. Even a Nespresso coffee machine. +++ luggage storage after checking out. We had a late flight and this option helped us a lot. Thank you again! Also, the second we stepped into the apartment, we noted how pleasant the apartment smelled. This might seem like a small thing, but I think it was just the cherry on top!

We liked everything, however: if you have mobility issues, you might not want to stay here. It was no problem for us! But the apartment is on the 6th floor, and there is no lift.
