Nice location, lovely room and breakfast! All in all very pleased 😊

Parking alternatives weren’t great. But the host was nice letting me use one of her spots for one night.

Breakfast was good but I didn't realise that I could have had some cooked breakfast until a few days in. :) That was my fault for not asking though.

I would have liked to have spotted the cooked breakfast sooner. But I see that as my own fault. The staff at breakfast were excellent.

They said there was parking available, which is one of the reasons why I chose this property. Turns out, there was only paid parking quite a long distance away

Good location, friendly staff, nice property, good breakfast, comfortable room and balcony.

While the hotel is non-smoking, people do smoke on their balconies - both cigarettes and cigars. As ther balconies are connected, the smell did waft into our rooms which was unpleasant. I like to linit air-con use, but by closing the door, the room would get hot. Perhaps the answer is to limit where on the property people can smoke - at least in the case of cigars.

The room was very spacious, bed quite comfortable, and balcony very clean. It was nice having a 'neighborhood feel' but the street is a bit busy with car noise. Very difficult to drop off luggage with nowhere close to park (there are a few free parking places but they were taken our entire stay; nowhere else nearby to park to get suitcases easily at property). Also worthy to note that everyone will have stairs to walk up - we had 2 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases ... and we are not young. With that said, the pros outweighed the cons; we recommend it with the caveat that you can do stairs.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with plenty of options and made to order eggs. Our room had a small balcony which overlooked the lovely gardens below. The car park was a short walk from the hotel, reasonable and provided the ability to go in and out

A lovely place for a moderate price, wonderful staff, clean and comfortable rooms and very good breakfasts. I will be happy to stay there once again

A first class residence and an absolute pleasure to stay at. The cleanest place I have ever stayed at. Breakfast and staff were excellent. Location great. Thoroughly recommend it, thank you to all the lovely management and staff we had a wonderful stay

Everything was perfect

Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruit and veg, eggs, meats, cheeses and pastries. The staff here were all very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was marvelous. The breakfast staff was wonderful. The breakfast room was charming with an opportunity to eat outside on a porch.

I would have appreciated hand and shower soap being provided. We had to purchase it for this stay.

The staff really made me feel welcomed. The food and location were perfect for my needs.

Location- great bed- lovely covered terrace!
