The neighbourhood is very nice and safe to walk in. There are two ways to get to the old town, and the harbor walk, although longer, is beautiful. It was too cool to use the pool, but we loved the little balcony. The staff was very helpful. Rovinj is a spectacular place to visit with amazing sites and great food.

No lift. Breakfast was a tad expensive. We chose to do our own breakfast. We had a car but if you didn’t have a car it was a bit out of town.

Easy parking out the front, room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Fresh towels everyday. The pool was clean and inviting. We had a great balcony. Staff were very helpful. Really quiet location which we really liked.

Honestly, no complaints.

This is lovely B&B to stay in. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful. The room was well equipped - even had cooking facilities and a big fridge. We stayed at several B&Bs in Croatia during our trip, and this was the only room which had air conditioning that could deal with the heat. It's about 20-25min walk to Rovinj Old Town, and about 10 minutes walk to the Forest Park where, frankly, we spent all our days swimming and sunbathing. It's a heavenly place - lovely water and plenty of shade under the pine trees. An expected bonus was that the hotel provided bikes free of charge - which is a really nice touch. I'd definitely come again.

- Wifi could be a bit more stable - the city center was about 15-20 minutes by walk, which is OK, if you like walking :)

Excellent location and perfect swimming pool to cool down from the sun and for children to play. Our room was very comfortable, modern and perfect for our family. Great location and would recommend the short walk down to Cuvi beach.

Julian and his team were kind, hospitable and helpful. They were easy to communicate with and always available to answer any of our questions. They booked taxis and made restaurant reservations for us. A big thankyou to Gaby, her energy and big heart really made our stay enjoyable. Our room was immaculate, cleaned daily and fresh towels were given. The breakfast was substantial, varied and fresh. The location was perfect. We loved having the use of the bikes to get around and the 5 minute walk to Cuvi beach. The beautiful town centre was an easy 20 minute walk. Supermarket, cafe/bar and bakery round the corner too. Would absolutely return.

Lovely looking, well-kept villa with a chilled out vibe. This family run accommodation is ideal for a stay in Rovinj if you want to get out and explore. It's near the big park and offers bicycles to borrow. The family are welcoming, very friendly, and helpful. The pool and garden area is small but perfectly adequate and has comfortable sunbeds to lay on with large sun umbrellas if required. Very relaxing. The room was modern and very comfortable with a good shower. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, from cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit to cooked eggs. We liked it there very .much and would recommend a stay.

The breakfast is a bit overpriced - €15 per person & the rooms do not look as modern as on the pictures, but besides that everything was great!

AMAZING location 5 mins from the beach, extremely friendly and helpful staff, wonderful outdoor area, clean room, free bicycles to take, free coffee & tea during the day 😃

Wonderful welcome from Gabby after a long drive. Beautiful peaceful apartments with stunning gardens and pool. The studio apartment was on the ground floor which as convenient for all facilities. We borrowed a couple of the bikes and enjoyed cycling around the coast. The beach is a 5 min, walk through the adjoining national park which offers shady spots. The walk into town is a little longer at 20 mins. Rovinj has a beautiful old town and has numerous restaurants. Rovinj is a great place to visit and is within easy reach of Pula and Porec. Gabby and her manager were great and made our stay a memorable one.

Loved the accommodation and location. I would just advise good footwear for accessing the very craggy, stoney beaches!

A warm and friendly welcome at reception with excellent local tips for eating out and exploring the area. The room and balcony was lovely as was the pool. Nearby beaches around Cuvi are easily accessible by foot or bike with lots of pine tree shade and refreshment stops. Really appreciated having use of the bikes at the hotel. Pool facilities are great and gardens are pretty and well kept. Town a 25 minute walk away with an abundance of eateries (Graciano and Kantinon my favourites)

Great place, between Rovinj center and great beaches. Calm area, not much traffic, close to super market, great pool and super nice hosts.
