Mosquitoes. Maybe some flyscreen on the windows would help. Then we could have slept with windows open

Beautiful rooms, spacious, with lovely old-style furniture and with a magnificent sea view. Also, the place is very quiet apart from the shush of the waves and the screeching of the seagulls and sea grebes. Internet connection is excellent, and the staff is discreet yet very helpful. Buffet breakfast was served in a restaurant extending on a verandah, from which I could enjoy the look at the sea and the boats. Also, they had excellent croissants!

The Hotel is old and family size with problems if there was a need for a wheel chair and someone slow on their legs. The reception area is pokey and small and perhaps not as inviting in appearance for a new arrival

The Hotel had been flooded the week before we arrived and the staff were excellent in helping us enjoy our brief stay. The proximity to the water was an added bonus and the open air veranda for breakfast was excellent

There was a musty smell to our room and the beds were worn and squeaky so if any of us moved in the night it was noisy, or you felt like you might fall off one of the beds. The desk clerk was not very talkative, so really didn't answer the questions we had to the extent we would have liked.

The location was great we were able to cross the street and hop into the Adriatic Sea without any crowds and walk to a really nice restaurant for dinner. There were maybe 6 parking spots and we were lucky and one was available when we arrived. There were beach towels available for us to use which was really nice.

We didn't like the breakfast. Very, very basic.. and the beach just a cross the road consists basically of a concret sidewalk...

Considering the very fair price we paid in August the room was fine. Very basic, clean with a renovated bathroom. It was the budget twin room located on the ground floor. Ok for a two night stay.

Perfect location just next to sea. comfortable parking infront of hotel. good connection to Zadar city, by public transport, 10 HRK / person / ride, every 30 min. Friendly staff ready to help. good working WiFi on room.

The maintenance is bad. Our AC didn't work( and no window!) so terrible for sleeping. Shower also had some broken pieces. Needs a good maintenance guy to join the staff.

One of the bedpost lamps had no switch... I had to turn in and out the bulb to get it switched on / off.. The shower head had a loose assembly: water came out to every direction. Bathroom wall switch was also loose, therefore dangerous: u could see (even touch) the electric wires (extremely dangerous for those travelling with children

Hotel is located out of the city center but bus stop is located 50 m from the hotel.

Very nice hotel located on the promenade with beautiful sea view terrace. Owner was very kind, helpful and patient for me. There was no problem with very late coming and check in. In the morning very good buffet breakfast was served. Then I could swim in the sea just 20 m from the hotel entrance. There are not many places like this so I will definitely come back.

    No complaints.

I had a room on the top floor that had a view directly onto the sea, which was about the best view I could have hoped for. The location was very good; there is a bus stop within very close walking distance that will connect you to central Zadar, and it's not a very busy area, which I preferred. It wasn't quite warm enough to swim during the time I was there, but if it was later in the summer there are places close by that would be ideal for a swim. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and laid back for those looking to relax.

There were spider webs in the window ceil of room f. And a couple of pieces of trash under the bed. Plus the shower was missing a door, and when you flushed the toilet the drain on the floor overflowed with toilet water.

There was a beetle, mosquitos and flies in the room which was not very well maintained and frankly I wanted to get out of there. The bus takes you to the centre of the town but it wasn't as close as I thought and next time would stay there instead.

The furniture a bit worn out, however the room was very clean and the terrace where the breakfast was served made it irrelevant.

I was given a better room than reserved as there was vacany - not even asked for it. Very clean room; they were very atentative - even the antimusquito protection was taken care of in the room. The bus stop infront of the hotel - no need for car to go to the town centre as buses run frequently.
