From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Ecio Terlevic – a truly exceptional host whose hospitality made us feel at home instantly. The villa itself is stunning, seamlessly blending elegance, comfort, and tranquility to create the perfect holiday escape. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The outdoor pool area is simply spectacular – peaceful, beautifully lit at night, and surrounded by nature. It’s the ideal place to relax and unwind. But what truly elevates the experience is the culinary magic of Tino, Ecio’s son and the villa’s chef, who has trained and worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. Every meal he prepared was a masterpiece – bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and created with real passion. Dining here felt like enjoying fine cuisine in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of a family home. We were especially delighted by the homemade bread, served fresh and warm each day, and the locally produced olive oil, also made by the family. It was so delicious that we brought home four liters! Villa Pasis is more than just a place to stay – it’s a place that touches your heart. We leave with full bellies, big smiles, and unforgettable memories. We will absolutely return! Very pleasant stay! Room was very cozy, clean and they even left some welcome treats:) Tino, the staff member welcomed us with a very friendly attitude and served an amazing breakfast! When back in Rovinj we know where to stay, especially in summer to enjoy the outdoor pool😎

Wifi signal was a bit weak, but if you dont stay to surf the net over there it is not relevant anyway.

Really polite and friendly receptionist/caretaker, nice and clean room, comfy bed! 3 major stores only 5 min walk away, coast only 5 min with car. Breakfast was pretty good.

Friendly atmosphere, nice pool area, great superior room. Excellent range of food at breakfast. Helpful owners, despite minimal English spoken, always found a way to make everything easy. Hired bikes for just 5€ per day. Amazing evening meal at very reasonable price, we ate on 2 occasions. Outstanding quality small set menu available.

A lovely family run hotel. Authentic, boutique breakfast featuring local ingredients. Rooms are modern, clean, well appointed and very spacious. Lots of space to store things and hang up clothes. Air conditioning was very modern. The pool is spacious, and the pool side bar is a real bonus. The location on the outskirts of town is peaceful, with fields surrounding 2 sides of the villa. However do note that it is about a 30-40 minute walk into the town centre, where most of the restaurants are located.

Spacious and well furnished room. Great terrace from attic room. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Brilliant breakfast in lovely environment. The pool is an added bonus, being able to have a swim after a day of sightseeing.

Beautiful Villa with nice, big swimming pool. Room are clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good, variety of bread/buns, cheese, joghurt, vegetables and fruits. This is a family business and the hosts are very friendly smiling people. They also have bikes and Vespa for renting. There are few grocery stores near. It was really lovely stay.

We woke up early because our east facing room had non blinding curtains. Sometimes a sewage smell came from the bathroom sink; we solved that by closing washbasin plug.

Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well maintained rooms with comfortable beds. A clean and big pool with enough sunbeds. Ample (free) parking space and bikes for hire for 5 euro/day.
