There is building work next door, which isn't a problem, but would have been good to state at time of booking as some could find it loud if at the pool during daytime.

Great location, using the steps across the road to get down the track to the beach. Shop a few minutes walk away. Aprtment was nice and clean, well decorated and enough basic utensils to use.

The pool was a bit small but as the property was so close to the beach, it didn’t matter at all.

It was clean, comfortable and in a great location within walking distance of swimming beaches. Ivo and his son were lovely, so easy to communicate with and even provided a transfer to the airport

Ivo made us very welcome, he greeted us on arrival and answered all our questions. Lovely clean apartment with modern facilities. While we were there in June 25 an apartment was being built next door, but this did not disturb us. Good location, 15 minute walk to a nice pebbly beach with a shady bar in the trees. Clear water and beautiful views. Short walk in the other direction to waterside restaurants and the marina. Easy access to the old town, 10€ in an Uber - there is also a bus but the Uber worked out better as there were 4 of us. Supermarket less than 5 minutes. We would come again.

Nothing - everything was great!

The apartment was really spacious and very clean. The outside space and pool was really good, the whole apartment was perfect for us! The location was really good, only a 10 minute drive to the old town and a shop a couple of minutes walk away. The hosts were the best part, they came to meet us when we arrived and gave us some recommendations and booked our island tour for us which was really helpful. Through no fault of the hosts we experienced a minor issue with our tour, however the hosts were really approachable and instantly dealt with the situation eventhough it was not their fault. They were so friendly and always made sure we were okay! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Very comfortable, clean and peaceful apartment 10min walk from Copacabana beach, supermarket 5 mins and 15 min walk to strip of restaurants at Sunset Beach. If travelling during peak months, staying in the Lapad region is a great escape from the bustling Old Town, while buses or Ubers are easy to come by and journey time is approx 20mins. Ivo and his family at Villa Vanda are lovely people; definitely accept their offer for airport pick up, so convenient and comes with invaluable local knowledge commentary!

Stating a sofa bed available when it was just a sofa covered with bed sheets on sitting area. Confirmed for 6 people but dinning table only 5 seater. Did have to ask for extra blanket as only for 5 people even though booking was 6. Nowhere to dry bath tows and only one per person provided. Was pricey for 2 night for a 2 bedder.

Clean, had iron, decent amount of coat hangers available, cooling system in rooms and living room, seating settings available outside per villa

The location was perfect, close to the harbour and Solitude beach. The Old Town of Dubrovnik was a 10 minute Uber away. The pool Was delightful to cool down in. Our hosts were so accommodating to our request for a late check out which really made our final day enjoyable.

We were a group of six. Three couples and one person had to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed. Not the fault of Villa Vanda, my own fault for not checking more closely.

The Hairdryer is really old fashioned and awkward to use as it's attached to the wall. It took ages to dry my short hair The bathroom was very small

The hosts were so friendly and informative They offered us a transfer from the airport Location is 8mins from the old city, approx €8 in an Uber Fresh towels every day

Lovely outdoor space - pool, chairs and dining table. Living space and kitchen is small but it has 2 very good sized bedrooms and very comfortable. Very clean bathroom. No dishwasher or washing machine but cleaner came in every day to tidy up and make beds which was lovely. There was also the facility to get your laundry done for you for a fee. Location was good in Babin Kuk. Path to the beach was just next door and the supermarket was just down the road and to the right. Restaurants at Lapad just down the road.

There is not much in the immediate area but there are restaurants a short drive away.

It is a very well equipped apartment with two shower rooms in the Lapad area to the west of Dubrovnik old town. It had a pool and a terrace with table and chairs we used for breakfast. It is easy to get to the old town by Uber (parking in the centre is very expensive) or there is a bus stop quite near.
