Only one power point for entire unit, not close to bed made it difficult to charge all devices. Had to boil water on the ground etc which is difficult for elderly. Shower was very odd with water spraying against the wall which meant to had to stand up against the wall to get wet.

Beautiful property, clean, lovely views. Beds were comfortable. Horse riding was good. Staff were friendly and helpful although not much English.

The mattress of the bed was a bit too soft for me. At least a plate or a tray and a knife would be very handy in the room.

The owners could not be kinder and more helpful. Very clean. Perfect location, quiet, wonderful scenery.

The beds were not comfortable for us. They were extremely hard and the pillows were very squishy.

The staff was very polite. The rooms are quaint and have just what you need, nothing more or less. The garden is stunning. It was a nice place to just sit and watch the animals after a long day. Great location too.

Ranch Terra was the best place my daughter and I stayed in Croatia. (We stayed in 7 accomodations). Clean room with very nice view and lovely family. Also the best horseride (from the 3 we had during our visit; the other ones were in Duga Resa (2nd best) and island Rab (most expensive and very disapointing cause there was no beach).

We didn't appreciate it was next to a busy road which made it more difficult for the children to get to sleep. Basic but clean facilities.

Good value. The host was kind in providing us bowls and cutlery to use when we didn't realise there were no kitchen or BBQ facilities. The children enjoyed seeing the horses and the ride was through beautiful countryside.

The family room provided to us on the first floor, had a very bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom that we thought would disappear after a little bit. However it never did , and that we had to open the window room all night long when we slept, so we could breathe some fresh air. Since we arrived late around 10PM and we only stayed for 2 nights, we didn't bother to ask for different room, but we should have been. Oh well... the horseback ride, staff, and the location was made it all worth it! Just check the smell of the room before you unpack ! :-D

The ranch was beautiful and the horseback ride with the guide was AWESOME!! We truly enjoyed the experience so much. The hotel is near Plitvice National Park, so it was very convenience.

The family room has no aircon, so in hot weather the window needs to be left open - unfortunately it’s at the front of the house and a busy road. Would be no problem in cooler weather and in fairness other rooms looked better.
