The room was dusty when we opened it, it was smelling dusty but after opening the windows for a while it was ok.

The location is fantastic 👌 👏 😀. Very close to everything you may need. The bus station is right in front of the main entrance. Major attractions are within a walkable distance. Lidl supermarket is 150m, mall is very close

Not matching photos on Booking at all. Utterly dirty, mouldy, smelly. Especially the bathroom. It wasn't properly cleaned for who knows how long Shower cabin door is missing and it was swithched with cheap, oversized curtain. Which is now ripped and collecting dirt and limestone. Towels have disgusting odour of mould and are useless in absorbing water. The cheapest crap available, obviously.. "Double bed" is 2 cheapest old couches, put together. Terribly soft. Pillows are old and smelly. Bedsheets cheapest synthetic material. Washed only with water, if at all. Kitchen utensils all cheap, ancient and dirty. The cheapest detergent diluted with water. Refrigerator loud, like somebody is drilling something in the next room. All night we heard people yelling in the corridor, slamming doors, some child loudly crying... Total nightmare and worst Booking experience so far. The best side is we were there only for 1 night. Otherwise we would change the hotel and ask for a refund.

The only good side was location. A walking distance from most the icenter and mportant amenities. Including train station

Wi-Fi signal was kind of slow.

Everything was just as advertised! Location is great- very close (walkable distance) to all city attractions, and public transportation right outside the apartment. Nice to have a balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook (cutting board, utensils, pots and pans, sponge and dish soap, hot water heater, etc). Bed was very comfortable - note that it is two twin beds put together. Staff was very helpful and friendly; always responded within minutes to messages. Luggage storage available after check out so we could walk around the city. Air conditioning worked well. Shower had hot water and great water pressure.

The only complaint is about the part of the kitchen, the stove worked very badly, and there is no coffee pot in the kitchen, nor sugar, oil, and other small things that can help prepare food.

Very clean apartment, surprisingly clean. Near the center, the bus station is in front of the building. We are delighted, all the recommendations for the apartment.

It's an exceptional apartment complex, especially if you consider the price. Communication with the host was amazing, and he responded to every inquiry within minutes. There's a reception desk at the entrance and it’s open 24/7. The staff was very polite and pointed us to the ATM, exchange office, etc. Apart from the reception, there are vending machines and the lounge area on that level (if you arrive early or something), which is great. Our room was comfy and clean, and we had a little balcony. It was everything as shown in the pictures. At some point, I needed a hairdryer so I reached out to our host - within minutes, a cleaning lady came by our room to bring it. The location was great for several reasons - we intentionally didn't want to be in the very center because of the crowds and traffic and this was perfect. Either a half an hour walk, or some of the buses (it's well-connected). There was a Lidl just a bit down the street, which mattered a lot. Another extremely relevant thing to mention is that there's a locked room for leaving luggage - after we checked out of the room, we still had the whole Sunday to spend in Budapest, so that was very convenient, knowing our stuff is safe there. No additional fees for this. For all travelers who are not about luxury items and prefer to spend money on experiences, this place is 10 out of 10!

Everithing is outdated and has bad quallity! It is clean at first but when you look close it is not well cleaned and sanitary! Just moping and cleaning only with water doesent mean its clean! The bed sheets, pillow, and matrice have a bad smell like someone used it before ( i had to cover the pillow with a t-shirt)! I'm not saing they are not washed, but again...if they are washed just with water its not clean or sanitary!!! I don't recommend booking this location for more than 2 days, and definitely not for holiday! For a quick job in Budapest and a low price its worth it (if you only sleep in the room) And if you go there...BRING YOUR OWN BED SHEETS AND PILLOW!!!

Good location, accesible, privat parking (but costs 7€/day) it was ok for me because i needed parking only for 2 days, but i would not pay that price for more than 3 days! Warm room if you go in cold season, hot water and good presure in the shower.
