There are no towels available outside of the room - you need to bring them with you each time to the park. The beds were very hard - not everybody likes it.

The water park is great, the breakfest and the water park food were very good. And the surroundings are beautiful.

Many Pool/Kids Facilities were either under construction or closed. Last time we visited it was also closed.

It is a kids friendly location, the staff are nice and the food is exceptional! 👍🏻

We came here more than 10 times. Not even once we were recognised as regular guests. It surprises me that they don't check if we stayed before with them. And we always get the bathrobes that are wrong sizes, so we need to wait for new ones and usually it is the time that housekeeping has a lot of work with checkins and checkouts. There is no way that our bathrobes can dry during the night, so we need to request 3 new ones each morning, and sometimes our request is denied because they don't have the clean ones, so we wear wet bathrobes and it is very uncomfortable specially during the winter period. Some life guards don't do their jobs. There are some kids or groups that are harsh and without parent surveillance, and this life guards don't even see it because they gather around in the groups and chitchat among themselves.

We come once per year to Budapest Aqua world. The room is super clean and very spacious. Breakfast is awesome.

It is unusual not having an electric kettle and tea cups in the room as that is a standard for most hotels of this level. Also, there used to be a free shuttle going between the city centre and the hotel, which is no longer available. Electricity went off for an hour or so on one of the days we were there, which was a bit inconvenient as I was expecting an important email and needed the WiFi. Most waiters were lovely, but on our first night, we had to go through three different ones before getting to the one who spoke English.

The hotel has nice interior design, especially downstairs. The rooms are clean, well-insulated and safe. There is a lift that takes one straight to the water park, which is wonderful. The spa and gym are also good. Breakfast and dinner, included in the half-board option, offer a wide selection of meals. The restaurants also offer lunch that is good value for money. The staff are friendly and many of them speak English. This is the perfect place for a relaxing time for families, couples or even on your own.

The best holiday ever according to my kids! However, there was a slight lack of atmosphere in the evenings, and not much to keep parents from getting an early night but overall very happy and would recommend Aquaworld as a family destination.

Family of 5. Children ages 6, 4, 2 years of age. We had interconnecting rooms which were comfortable, spotlessly clean and quiet. The tv had the disney channel giving us a bit of respite early in the mornings. Robes were provided for all the family. The food was lovely with a varied selection each evening. Facilities were excellent. Bus outside the hotel to city centre although not overly frequent. Taxi rank outside main door. Outdoor and indoor pools ranged betweent 28 amd 36 degrees so weather for the week was inconsequential.

A great hotel for families Location 30 minutes from the city, in a very beautiful and pastoral area. The staff is nice and kind. The apartments for families are very spacious. The breakfast is good. A huge and heated water park complex, the water is also warm in the slides, fun for children and adults.

It's pretty far away from everything, and there is no place to but common things like drinking water other than from the bar so you need to pay premium for that.

It was very nice experience, the water slides are awesome. As well as the hot pools. There are also things to do for 2 year old kid. Which is perfect!

Dinner staff looked little tired, no one ordered our drinks for 40 minutes and they looked they want to go home. Instead they were preparing new table setups, however many tables were waiting for drinks order.

Very convenient clean hotel with access to the Aquaworld and spa. Dinner and breakfast buffet was tasty and room very nice. Option of late checkout is very useful and aquaworld ans spa worth the price for sure. We will be back.

I would have like a bigger bar area where the activities are happening.

There are great facilities for families with kids. Breakfast and Dinner had a lot of variety of food with delicious taste. The spa's and the aqua park were great. Rooms and the beds were very comfortable.
