Friendly staff, access to coffee, small snacks, a lounge area and tables for dining. Room was spotless Netflix on the tv. Air con/heating in the rooms.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our host was knowledgeable, helpful, and accessible during our entire stay. Breakfasts were well done and the room was lovely and quiet. It was an ideal arrangement for a family of four.

The bed was really uncomfortable, probably the softest bed I ever had to sleep on...well actually I was not able to sleep. The room doors open to the common/kitchen area, so as soon as somebody is making coffee, you might wake up. Recommend earplugs.

Good location. Was quiet despite of the closeness to busy road and public transport. Was clean. Small room, but had everything needed. The staff was not present, when we arrived, but they provided access and descriptions.

We didnt like the smell in the hallway.

Very nice staff, when we had problems, they were solved amost immediately. Location was not too far from the city centre, also near were the stores with everything you needed. It doesnt have a parking space but staff do send you recommendations where to park.

The basin is too small. Hence, when washing the face, water will wet the floor.

Friendly staff. Near by the number 2, RED colour line metro station. Walking distance to Mcdoanld and KFC, therefore, it is easy to settle breakfast. The hotel downstairs has a restaurant selling local food with reasonable prices

When you enter the building it smells absolut terrible. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from outside. Maybe it would be good to hang up a sign saying that everyone should keep the noise down during night hours. Some guest were out in the common area making noise for hours after midnight

Thin walls, you could hear everything happening in the common space. Breakfast was really small and there was very little variety of food - We think it did not worth the money

Location was great! Suitable for couples. Lot of stores around and great public transport connections. Room had everything needed and it was nice and clean. The staff was really nice, polite and helpful.

The staff were amazing and very hospitable. They went above and beyond to help me. I had a medical test and had to fast in the morning so wouldn’t be available for breakfast which I had ordered before knowing I had this test. They put together a lovely breakfast tray which was kept in my fridge to eat later. I also loved the customer service pup - lovely added touch.

Round door knob from the outside was a bit a nuisance.

Comfortable bed, good shower. Blinds and window are opened/closed via button. Good breakfast. Warm and attentive reception/host.

Weird smell in the hallways (like you’re in a pet store). Windows that opened electrically, but did not stay open for longer than 1 minute.

Some Asian restaurant is located next door and smell from its kitchen is all over the place. The room was clean in general, but the dust could be wiped out more often.

Warm and cozy place, feels like home, very responsive host with a lovely dog. The windows are equipped with firm roller shutters that can fully block the sunlight in the room - a very rare and needed feature. For some extra fee, there was quick laundry service, breakfasts and for free there are some treats like juice, sandwiches (in the morning), apples and cookies available for those who manage to grab them.

I would have liked a window I could look out, but there were only velux windows in my room.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also very nice and clean. The room was not large, but there was a lovely sitting and breakfast area just poutside the room where you can get tea and coffe all day. Breaskfast was great and the staff were very helpful and great to talk to, Greg in particular told me about some local events that I wouldn't have otherwise known about.
