I would just like to point out one problem for improvement : the shower-head could not stay in place, so I had to take my showers holding it by hand. It was also difficult to prevent water from leaking outside the shower area.

I had a fantastic stay at this studio! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. I even had a small issue during my stay, and they handled it quickly and effectively, which I truly appreciated. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at ease. I would especially like to highlight Zsofi. She was incredibly competent, understanding, and friendly, always ready to help me with everything I needed. Her support made my stay even more pleasant, and I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. The location was perfect, making it very convenient to explore the area.

The shower head was broken and also the toilet paper dispenser. The check in process and gaining access to the apartment is quite confusing. A little like a labyrinth or an escape room puzzle.

It’s in a good location and is reasonable value.

One light switch was broken and couldn't be turned off (but the lights were on a separate circuit breaker so it was manageable). Has a washing machine but no detergent or clothes iron so not that useful - seems like an easy improvement to make.

Great location in the city center, price pretty good given the location. Self check-in was easy. The place is small but comfortable and well-arranged, modern and clean. Good wifi.

It was a perfect stay for a few days in Budapest! I seriously couldn’t think of a better location in the city of Budapest. You’re close to all the hotspots and next to lots of amazing food spots as well. The bed was amazing. We could also drop our luggage very close to the appartment when we checked out the last day which was really nice. So strongly recommend this place!

The only few downsides is we had noisy neighbours the entire stay, two lots of different people and both hosted either get togethers or were up making lots noises at 4am. Obviously this cant be helped , but it is worth noting the walls can be thin. Additionally getting into the apartment area was a tough thing to begin with. The alarms of the apartment blocks went off a few times during our visit which were very loud. Other than that, literally would defo recommend!

Super super central, literally couldn't have asked for a better spot to be in! The apartment was super cosy and provided us with everything we needed. Even some leftover teas and stuff (which we added our own to for the next guests) really made it nicer. Super comfy beds and nice and toasty rooms (especially when it gets cold outside). I was a little unwell during my visit, and honestly, the place provided a good sanctuary while I got better.

The shower was missing the plastic strip on the bottom of the glass doors so water would easily leak out. There’s a big gap which could easily be fixed by a shower door strip. The toilet roll holder needs fixing. It is loose from the wall so it hangs down at an angle and the toilet paper falls off.

The location to Fashion Street and the Christmas markets was perfect. The apartment was nice and warm.

Located in an old building and windows were difficult to open. There was no controller for the AC so during the day it got hot and there was lack of fresh air.

Check out was at 10. It’s rather early I would say. Floor could be cleaned better. Shampoo could be provided and not only shower gel. Room small-no sun light, maybe an umbrella could be provided since it often rains-I guess.

Location was excellent in the center, easy access to transportation, airport bus and walking distance to all main sights. Luggages were stored-close by.

Our apartment (studio D) was tiny but cozy, well furnished and functional. It is perfect as a foothold for sightseeing. The location is absolutely the highlight of the structure, super downtown and very close to the bus stop to and from the airport. Zsofi was very helpful before and during the stay. Also, the directions for self check in were clear and simple.

The toilet frequently makes a loud refilling noise, which disturbs sleep at night. After the washing machine finishes, the clothes are still soaking wet. The mattress has something that causes skin itching.

The hotel's location is very convenient for transportation. The staff are very communicative and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
