The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting all the major places in budapest, the staff was super nice and also helpful in giving advice on places to visit and where to eat. I was pleasantly satisfied!

We were traveling with a child so it would have been better if it was a few degrees warmer in the room, we could not use the air conditioning, we did not have access to tv channels, although we had a double bed confirmed, we did not get it but we connected the beds ourselves.

Overall very happy with the property, I’d suggest a shower curtain for the tub. I know it’s meant to be enjoyed as a spa tub but when you have a morning flight I’d like to be able to take a stand-up shower without worrying about splashing water everywhere.

I prefer more to stay in hotel with a restaurant and bar. You have to carry the key all the time otherwise you cannot enter the apartment.

I thought I was gonq stay in Hotel but it is just room in building. Had to go through locked doors with a key lock. Location is very good and it was enough heat in the room. You can have a café in the room. There is usually staff around if you need anything which is good.

I cannot remember the last hotel I stayed in that did not offer breakfast. Not a problem for me as I usually don't eat breakfast, but it is nice to have an option for coffee. I get it because the hotel only has 7 guest rooms according to a desk clerk when I asked him the question. The corridors leading to the door of the lobby are dark & dingy and some guests may not feel safe in these conditions, but all was fine for me with my visit.

The location was good being close to the Metro station and the major sites in the city center. The room was comfortable enough and there was plenty of hot water for the shower.

The air conditioning - we were asked not to reduce below 23 degrees or it would not work (not sure if that was just a temporary measure). Not a big problem although would have liked a degree or two cooler ideally, Opening the large window was an option we took as an alternative so no real issue.

The only complication was that this property only takes cash, not card. It wasn't a problem as there was an ATM nearby, but I was a little anxious not having the cash on me when we arrived. Staff were very helpful though, friendly and quite patient.

This ground floor studio apartment was a welcome retreat from the bustle of Budapest. It was very quiet, secluded from the main street and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Being near the museum and bookshops, it felt like we were in a nice part of Budapest, but easy getting trams and buses as it was only a short walk to the main street. The Jewish quarter and all the ruin bars were also very close by and interesting. The instructions getting to the reception were clear and easy to follow. The apartment itself was a short walk from the reception, but this meant it was in a better, quieter location.
