beds are quite soft. they could be more comfortable. breakfast is not very diverse. breakfast products can be better.

In the morning it was possible to drink coffee in the room. There was Nescafé, sugar, a glass and a kettle, but they forgot to put a spoon. My room was a little too cold.

I arrived late at night, a smiling receptionist greeted me. The breakfast (first of all scrambled eggs) was perfectly prepared. There was just enough choice and the table was constantly filled.

One thing to note is that the room is located in an older building, so the elevator is also quite old-fashioned. It still works fine, just a bit slow and dated compared to modern ones. If you're someone who values a more modern environment, this might be something to keep in mind. All in all, if you don’t mind the age of the building, this place is a solid choice with a reasonable price.

I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. Overall, everything was fine — the room was clean, well-equipped with essentials like air conditioning, strong Wi-Fi, and reliable hot water. The bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and responsive, always ready to help when I had questions. The location is also convenient, close to public transport, shops, and local restaurants.

The rug floors are a little worn down and the beds could be less hard in my opinion.

Staff. I chose the place with the "AC" filter. And nobody ever bothered to tell me that AC was not working "that day" as was said late at night at the reception. Imagine that at 30 degree heat. Overall staff not very helpful

The only thing a bit annoying is the need to leave the key in reception everytime you left the facility. Sometimes, when I got back, I had to wait for the receptionist to be back in order to have my keys, but I do perfectly understand it is also a safety measure as the hotel is located in a very crowd part of the city

Just some points of improvement , there is no elevator - for us was not a problem- maybe with heavy luggage can be. The space of the bathroom is very adequate but the space of the shower a bit reduced.

The staff is super friendly, the room was spacious, a very comfy bed, clean. The location is the best, just some steps from the central station and from city center. For the price, it was just that we expected, in a very good way. Looking forward to stay here on our next visit.

I had a very pleasant stay at City Hotel Ring in Budapest - I'd rate it a solid 9 out of 10. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere throughout my stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from a metro station, which made getting around the city super easy. The breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety of options. However, it only starts at 7:30 AM, which might be a downside for those with early flights, as there may not be enough time to eat before heading to the airport. Overall, a great hotel with good service and a convenient location. I'd happily stay here again.

There is no elevator in the hotel. The information is false in the hotel description. There is elevator in the connected building, but it’s not on 0 floor, so you need to take stairs to the first floor to use it, what is too difficult to do with heavy luggage. So it’s useless.

I really like this place. Comfortable accommodation near Westend. Also, there was very clear and comfortable. Big plus is that you can leave your luggage during all day.
