1.I had to pay 10 euros for checking in too ealry(at 10 am instead of 2 pm) and no one mentioned at checkin that there was a fee for that. 2.I had to pay a city tax which came about under 10 euros, which isn't much but also wasn't listed anywhere. Usually other hotels have this tax included in their price. 3. The walls in the room were scribbled in places and the bathroom doors had dry platters of water.

-the food was delicious, just like home. -the staff was nice -the hotel is close to the tofurdo( the lake with spas) and is placed right in the center of the town. -It has saunas and a jacuzzi -very confortable bed!!

It was a very hot week and the air conditioning didn't work. It made the stay a bit uncomfortable even though 10% discount for it.

The location is excellent, since it is very close to the Lake, restaurants and shops.

Dinner. Rooms facing the bus station have lots of noise.

Beds ok, room bright. Breakfast good, and helpful staff. Very central to everything.

Uncomfortable bed. Somewhat dirty. Run down. WiFi always broken. Not very easily accessible by disabled

Good location. Convenient parking. Half board is ok.

Evening food was awful, frozen and heated up in the oven, also tinned fruit salad for dessert. Next time I would skip dinner completely,

Location was excellent. Some staff were very helpful. One waiter refused to get me a drink with my evening meal because ( I gathered) I had to go to the bar for it. The evening before, a different waiter happily brought me a glass of wine.

The hotel is fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t want to spend a week here. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
