Location, ideal for guests traveling along Europe by car. Nice and friendly reception clerks. Good breakfast. Quiet room with windows overlooking a huge lawn and overall a nice scenery indeed.

We had been upgraded by Booking.com to a superior room which was extremely basic and dated although it did have a balcony. The room was dirty, hair and dirt on bathroom floor, bedsheets were blood stained, carpets stained and walls had marks. Unpleasant to say the least.

The property has beautiful gardens and good facilities, spa , crazy golf and pool tables etc. Reception staff pleasant, breakfast and dinner good. Plenty of parking available. Early check in for no extra cost. Changed room and hotel assigned us a modern room with a beautiful view and balcony

The wellness part was very small so we could only enjoy a few minutes after opening, after that it was full. There was a mix-up with the massage bookings. Sadly the tejbegríz had run out before we arrived to get breakfast and they did not restock it.

I was suprised by how well-maintained the hotel was given the fact that it is quite an old establishment. I loved the breakfast and the sauna. The staff was lovely and happy to help with anything. They also had plant-based milk options.

Not a cleaned before room, spiders on door and windows frames , flies around, old razor in the bathroom,tv remote control missing.

No Aircon in the room. The room was smaller than expected ( not much space to store a larger suitcase )

Stunning location. "Flower 🌺 shower" in the balcony 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺 Cleanliness throughout Excellent food choices ( worth paying for dinner 🍽️ ) Very friendly staff. Excellent spa facilities: sauna, steam room, salt room, light therapy room , small pool & jacuzzi + outdoor relaxing area with sun loungers.

The staff was proffesional but very serious. Don't hurt to smile somethimes. The dinner was ok, but the price was much to high, because it was buffé, and in for example Germany, you pay much less for better food. Even at a place like this which has clients from the upper part of social ranking, it doesn't hurt with good mode too..

Safe place, good parking, very good breakfast. Room was nice enough with a great bathroom.

Hammam needed some improvement

Location, spa, breakfast were excellent, we spent one day to recover our power before next day’s trip. Happy to see, that spa was been opened until 9pm.

Asking me to pay 0.5 liter water battle that I asked for when I was living the breakfast. Not fair I guess but still a remark that did not affect the overall wonderfull experience.

Wonderful place with high quality breakfast and paid dinner. Also a pool and a staff that did not charged 90 min. delayed check-out. Definitely a place where one should stay in Kecskemet.

Uncomfortable beds, air conditioning not working, hairdryer not working, old small tv with few channels. Strange smell of sheet and pillows. Not worth this price.

Amazing garden, very spacy, full of flowers, water pool and 3 tennis courts. Hotel is nicely located, not far from the Segedyn-Budapest motorway in quiet environment. Hotel is clean and serves good food.

Description says AC, but it is only geothermal cooling which didn't help much. Room was superhot and the fans provided by front desk didn't help much. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. They also squeaked a lot which didn't help a good nights sleep. Spa was ok, but other activities was poor. Pool table was unplayable. All in all an outdated hotel that is in need of refurbishing.

Conveniently close to the motorway without being bothered by it. Spa was ok.

I think the priority should have been the interior, not the external look. The room we got was really bad. Old floor mat looked dirty, the bathroom smelled fungus, and the "ceiling cooling" didn't feel convincing either. Doesn't meet 4* criteria. Free parking suggests bits of structure, not just a piece of concrete with lines. (I am not convinced that surveillance is enough protection, especially against ice) The first impression was that someone was smoking in the room, but maybe just on the balcony, which I regret to pay extra for.

The staff did everything to make us feel welcomed. It looks amazing for events. Lots of free stuff. Wellness was offered even for the full day of departure. Breakfast was surprisingly good and rich.

Stuff on reception doesn't speak English and German. No air conditioning Old hotel, dirty floors in rooms, no moskito protection on windows, moist smell...
