My first contact with reception hotel person was awful. After 10 hours driving towards Budapest the welcoming was very unpleasant.

The room was very nice, the spa is great and Danube view from the room is amazing !!

The sound proofs of the room is really poor. Everything what is going outside the room in the corridor is completely hearable =(

Good location of the hotel, I liked the modern style of the restaurant and lobby. Great view on the river side. There were some problems with water according to the repair. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable, but the bath furniture needs a repair, we had a broken toilet lid. We was surprised to found such a tasty and diversity breakfast in the morning, also it would be nice to have such good dinners, but in the evening we only found just several dishes in the buffet.

AC needs work

indoor pools were great. Shame there are only 6 sun lounges on the terrace. AC in the rooms need work but good value for money. Friendly staff.

- Pools and SPA area need modernisation - Only 1 Finnish sauna and Steam sauna - WC flush sometimes worked and sometimes not - Shower header firmly attached and we didn´t find the way how to unfix it.

- beautiful modern entrance areas, bar and restaurant - varied and tasty breakfast - pools and sauna included - quiet location next to Danube promenade and only 20 - 30 minutes walk from city center.

The air-conditioning was not working properly so the room was a bit too warm for the hot spring days we had. We were assigned a first floor room with a window facing the ugly site air-condittioners above the entrance. Not a problem for us, but it was indeed an ugly view. The breakfast lacked some quality in the cold cuts section, but it was plentiful and varied.

We really liked our stay here and we recommended. Beautiful hotel lobby and bar and located in a quiet area by the Danube. We stayed in one of the older rooms so we cannot comment on the new refurbished rooms. But we loved our old style hotel room. Very comfortable e stylish on it's own way. The little park between the hotel and river was lovely.

We were in a yet-to-be-refurbished room and the quality was pretty poor. Shower was broken. Plug was stuck in the sink so had to brush teeth and wash hands in the bath. Room temperature was unbearably hot through the night and the aircon only relieved us for an hour at a time. Ended up sleeping with window open

Decent location, refurbishment is going to be really good. Spa was great, food was decent.

Maybe consider having the air con set a bit lower as we couldn’t reset it and we couldn’t open the window due to the noise from reconstruction and the room was really too hot..
