The bar in the lobby should have a wider offer.

Hotel Flora is maybe the best hungarian hotel we've ever been to. You'll have a 5-star feeling in a 3-star hotel.

The beds were very very hard. The daily clean of the hotel room was very cursory - however we did get fresh towels when requested. The air conditioning was just functioning. After exploring the region all day an coming back to the hotel it was very difficult to get a car park. More direction could be given to guests who use the car park to NOT take up two car parking spaces for one vehicle. Pleasure consider other guests!

The location next to the thermal baths was fantastic. We could access the baths directly from the hotel The inclusion of entry to the baths along with the accomodation was great. Breakfast and dinner was also included with the accomodation. The choice was reasonable but very cafeteria like - however considering it was all included in the accomodation price - it was fantastic value.

Old furniture. The paint on the walls, windows and doors completely degraded. Air closed in the rooms and musty smell. Inadequate temperature in indoor pools. There is no outdoor swimming pools to property . You have to cross a yard of 500 m to an other hotel at -10 Celsius.

Restaurant clean. Good food. Local Hungarian food.

The rooms on the first and second floors are not renovated. What a disappointment after our previous stay in the third floor.

The beds were comfortable but creaky enough to wake the other. Curtains not reaching full width, nor darken the room... Extra charge for robes (!) should be inclusive at this price. Badly needs overhaul all round.

Being adjacent to the pools. Quiet location, handy to all sites.

We choosed that hotel based on shown thermal pool area. - At arrival we got shown a fine printed table, that on 21 and 22-01 the pool are is closed due to technical problems. But it didn't look like technical trouble -what would be understandable. Looked much more like long time before planned maintenance works, they just didn't inform booking.com about, to not leave any guests. If we would knew before of course we would take another hotel in the city with running pool. So we are not satisfied paying the full price and just getting half of ordered program.

I thought some receptionists could be a little nicer and more welcoming. Facilities are getting a little old.

I loved the buffet breakfast and dinner. Flora has a great variety and they are willing to accommodate dietary restrictions without extra charge and with a big smile. The waiters are especially nice and helpful.

No safe in the room to store valuables. No shampoo, hair drier and beer opener was provided in the room. Bathrobes are provided only for a fee. Decoration of the room and practically the entire hotel was quite outdated.

Got free pass for the thermal bath and there was a direct entrance of the thermal bath for the hotel guests from the lobby. Towel that can be used in the bath is provided separately from the normal towels, so there was no need to use/carry own towel. Internet connection was ok, even though a bit slow sometimes. Flat screen TV was provided in the room with reasonable quality. Location is superb: the city centre and the castle is just a 10 minutes walk.

We paid for 1/2 board and the food was self service, luke warm and we felt generally poor quality. Chicken skewers had pink meat. Staff were not overly helpful. Wifi did not work in the room. Rooms dated and poorly equipped. (I had not seen a high level flush toilet for many years). Generally thought the hotel was over rated and over priced for what was available in that area. Would not stay here again.

Location is great especially for the public baths. Hotel looks nice from the outside.

Perfect location for a small leisure trip. City is close, the center of the city and the castle is literally 10-15 minutes by walking.
