Carpeting is old, at some places scuffed, and has some dirty spots. Wellness is smaller than I was hoping. 1 jacuzzi, 2 different saunas, 1 salt room and 1 steam room which didn't make a lot of steam.

Staff was really kind, room was reasonably tidy, well prepared. Good value for money in my opinion. Interior was nice. Dinner, breakfast was good, although for dinner we had a limited amount of choice (2 soups, 3 main courses to choose from + dessert).

    The weather. :-)

Great buffet for breakfast, the huge area on the groundfloor with 2 piano's is impressive. Rooms are spacious but average considering the furniture. Bathroom is large and well-equiped. Hairdryer not in the room but on request and for free. Friendly receptionist. Located in the middle of the baroc belváros of Köszeg, although this hotel building is more from the 60's or 70's.

they need to fix up the place, the carpet everywhere was in an appalling condition, the furniture dates back to the seventies, it is worn out and dingy.

The bed/bedding and towels very very old, carpet was old and dirty. No air conditioning and they couldn't even give us a small fan in the over 35 degrees heat!! It was awfully hot in the room! Waiter at the restaurant was very grumpy Advertised as a wellness hotel... it wasn't ...

The location was excellent and the staff at the reception very friendly

The 'wellness' area is a jacuzzi + good sauna. It was ok, especially after a long day of hiking, but if you want to spend time at a wellness hotel, I'd recommend going somewhere else. Also the hotel needs some renovations, the pictures are a bit misleading.

Excellent breakfast, great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was okay, great view. Nice little place, especially for a couple of days of relaxing/sightseeing/hiking.

The building itself is not a new one, it has a big hall and all the rooms open from this big open space, which was not so comfortable as you could hear the echoing music from the hall. They also leased the hall for private groups, so there were different events and programs that we could hear, e.g. the speeches and music. Breakfast was fair, however if you stay during the weekdays, you will not have a wide selection. Our room was small, comparing the price of a night.

The hotel is situated in the center of Kőszeg, you can easily reach everything. Price includes breakfast.

Lack of facilities such as iron/ ironing board.

Convenience as we were here to attend a wedding in the church opposite. The room was clean and staff were friendly. The location is great in that eating/ drinking places are literally at you doorstep.

The beds were a little on the hard side.

The friendly manner at reception; the staff were very polite as well. The rooms we had overlooked the main square with an excellent view of the Church and hills in the distance. The breadfasts were very nice with a wonderful selection of cold and warm food.
