There were no adjusters on the radiators, we had to let the windows open every now and then cause it was too hot inside.

Room was roomy enough, had its own bathroom, it was clean and warm.

I wish I could have had a kettle, a toaster, and some crockery, cutlery & mugs in my room! Not very convenient to have to go upstairs to the communal area to use the kettle, especially late in the evening, as I was worried about disturbing the other guests. Shower gel would have been great too. The curtains could do with some TLC (or new ones). Overall I enjoyed my stay though.

Very good location. My room was clean, very spacious, with a table, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, 4 chairs, sofa, TV and a fridge. My bathroom was also a good size, with a big shower. The bed was large and comfortable, I slept very well! I didn’t mind not having a view, it meant my room was very quiet and I could work and rest in peace. Staff was responsive and helpful when I contacted them. It’s a really good basic accommodation. Not luxury but very good value for money.

Great location close to the main walking streets and in the old town. Communication and check-in was quick and easy. There was lots of space in the room.

Location in the old city downtown, historic building, warmth and cleanliness and also permanent check in timetable! We stayed too short but we will come back with pleasure!

The toilet has a very strong smell of cigarettes, even with the ventilator turned on. Luckily, the smell didn't seem out to the room.

It's a comfortable stay except for the cigarettes smell I mentioned below.

Entering the hotel is like playing an escape room... if someone needs to contact the staff, they can count on help from a nearby store faster than the hotel owner answering the phone... The city is beautiful and it is worth finding a hotel close to the old town... this one the hotel does not have a parking lot and the parking lot in the city charges fees from 8 a.m., which is when the hotel's continental breakfast begins.

The walls are quite thin and the wooden floor creaks a lot, so you can hear sounds from the next room and the hallway. There is a microwave and a kettle in the hallway. During our stay someone decided to make tea at 2am, which of course woke me up. Earplugs solved that problem though. I would still use the accommodation again on my next stay as the value for money is great. Except I would have worn the earplugs right at the beginning of the night.

The facility is small, but even for the few guests who were here, the breakfast was absolutely sufficient and with a wide range of products (cheese, ham, salami, sweet and savoury pastries, coffee, yoghurt, fruit, vegetables...). The room is large and in a perfect location from where it is a short walk to the spa. Check in is self-service, so you can arrive even late at night.

they don’t have a reception and they didn’t send me the code to get in, I had to borrow a phone in town to call the host. very inconvenient if you have a foreign phone. they should simplify if for the guests, also asked us to fill out an online form with no English option. the people that stay in this place aren’t tourists, weird vibe

Only downside was the light in the bathroom, it didn't work, but it was a minor issue!

The room was spacious and clean! The bed was nice too. The fridge in the room was a nice touch as well. Bathroom was comfortable and large.

As we were there with our youngest child (toddler) we would love a bit more of light/natural light and some cups :), but it's a matter of personal choice. Definitely good value for the money.

The location is exceptional, right in the middle of the city center. We loved it. The room was very clean and spacious. This is an excellent choice if you need a place to sleep over and explore the town.

The bathroom and the doors are a bit old and could be renovated, but there is no liking or anything :)

As it's my second time staying here, I booked it in advance, with breakfast, but since august 2022, there is no meal option available and after some friendly chat with the owner we agreed that it was a misunderstanding and she didn't charge us for the breakfast. The self check-in was easy and fast, the rooms were big and the beds were comfy.

Kind of secluded area if you arrive at night. I thought there was a restaurant where we can get food. A t ea kettle would have been nice.
