    Nothing to complain.

Excellent location, well furnished rooms, spacious living area and bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurant as a joint property can be found next to the hotel.

Kingbed is actually a "double single bed", hence there is a ditch in the middle.

Very good location, just next to the cellars and restaurants, welcoming staff, decent room and wellness, delicious breakfast, recommended, if you visit Eger

«Excepţional» The hotel is situated in the popular wine producing area of Eger so if you like wine it is the perfect place to stay. The hotel also offers massages at a reduced price for guests.

Breakfast was terrible, as we opted for a mid period breakfast and everything was gone. When asked to replenish, not a chance. A real shame.

Comfortable and a great location. A good dinner in the restaurant which we enjoyed, so they can cook.

No major problems, the room was clean - maybe some elements, like the showerhead, could be replaced.

The location is excellent, this hotel is right next to Szepasszonyvolgy, that consists of tens of wineries by local wine producers - it's a must go place in Eger if you like wine. The hotel has a nice restaurant nearby (Kodmon csarda) with great local food and friendly staff. You can choose between private parking for 1000HUF (cheap) or public parking right next to the hotel.

The room was very comfortable with its own little balcony, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety of food.. The hotel is situated in the popular wine producing area of Eger so if you like your wine it is the perfect place to stay. The hotel also offers massages at a reduced price for guests. It is a comfortable 15-20 minute walk into the old town centre.

The breakfast is always the same with a bit of low quality juices and has not changed at all during our stay.

I love the place and the staff there they are great and always welcoming, wine cellars and great small restaurants close by. You literally arrive and can forget your car till the departure.

There was a very bad smell in the bathroom. By closing the door I could avoid the smell to be spread in the room. When informing the reception, they just answered that they felt sorry for that but did not even suggest me another room ! Using the bathroom the next morning was not very pleasant...

I am not happy with the fact that I payed for a safe parking spot and did not have a place to park. That is truly unacceptable. However I did not have the time to try the wellness facility, I still feel that I did not get what I paid for.

All the rooms have balconies, that is a huge plus for us. Our room was clean.

Hotel situated in a nice and quiet place, five minutes by car to the centre of Eger. Very nice and clean room with a big balcony. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast with all you can desire. Hotel gives 10% discount by eating in the hotel's restaurant. We recommend it beause we had a very good meal. Discounts for the SPA too.

Somewhat boring breakfasts, exactly the same every day. No power sockets near the bed, unable to recharge phone while having it close with an alarm set for the next morning, this is a must have these days. An iron would be nice to have. If hotel offers Finnish sauna, they should have an ice cold water pit/pool available, shower is not enough and swimming pool is too warm.

Very comfortable room with impressive speed of water running in the shower. Air conditioned, nice furniture, very effectively arranged. Relaxing terrace with garden chairs overlooking a lawn. Good indoor wellness area and outdoor jacuzzi with loungers. Perfect location in the heart of the wine valley yet conveniently separated from the main party area. Definitely the best place for leisure in Eger.

The water from the shower was running off very slowly despite cleaning, probably due a to a flaw in construction. You have to walk in the open to the neighboring Kodmon csarda for dinner. That place is average at best with an outdated style of cooking and service (meals without any special taste, gypsy music, bad eclectic architecture)--a real disappointment. Breakfast is good but not very good (e.g. honey only is small miserable bags). Annoying disco music at breakfast.

The hotel is clean, has a nice design and a friendly staff.

The wifi reception in the room was bad. The shower drain in my room was clogged.

Located right next to the 'valley of the beautiful women', allowing you to enjoy one of the many wine cellars there and walk back to the hotel in minutes. The room I had was quite luxurious and the hotel is excellently maintained. As a guest you get a discount at the associated restaurant across the street which has great food and a nice selection of wines.

Room next to reception is noisy. Smoke smell from the outside smokers. Breakfast was almost non-existant (no black tea, no sausages, no fresh pastry etc.), not possible to charge laptop. The receptionist trolled us due to our booking.com reservation.

First morning was an early awakening as the local chickens, goats, dogs, etc. started their dawn breaking chit- chat. My room's windows (had to leave open for cool night air) faced towards the hillside farms. Used earplugs the second night & all was good.

Nice spa but small. Massages best yet in Hungary. Room was clean, neat & organized well.

Power cut out every 20 mins throughout the stay. The hotel staff simply gave us a torch. No discount. Nothing. We pushed and said we demand something, they offered us a bottle of cheap wine.

The place was nice, it was a fairly clean room, the room had a hot tub that worked. The windows opened.
