The shower drain was a bit clogged.

The room was big enough for us, the breakfast was verry good and diverse. It was verry clean and we had everything that we needed in the room. Plenty of parking places. The property is located in a verry quite area.

I'd mention one small thing: the power outlets in the rooms could be hidden a bit or placed higher, because there was one very low, in a very visible spot and our baby was constantly there.

Friendly staff, really comfy room with everything we needed, very kid-friendly. We had fun with our baby and felt great during our stay. The breakfast is excellent: great variety, plenty fruit and vegetables, tasty.

On the downside it is not really suitable for disabled guests particularly those using a wheelchair as main rooms are accessible via staircase only, I asked about the shallay type room's on the same grounds, but they are private and not available. The bar has limited Hrs although this could change according to occupancy levels, Location is quiet with not much around, but if you're a good walker you can access the Lakeside, about 10-15 minutes across the railway with some restaurants around it. Also the main roads have some restaurants and shops all within 1km. Access to a car will provide more options for exploring. Please note that while I have no problems thinking the area is safe to roam, the street lighting is poor and more like a rural area which may put some people off.

I was very pleased with this place, clean and tidy all round pleasant staff, I had a good size room, and at the end of the hall near the stairs you could find a welcoming place with seats and tables to enjoy some social gatherings, this hotel also had seating next to the bar, and an outdoor area to enjoy. Breakfast was good and fresh in a clean seating area, although some may find the food choice limited. The lake area is a pleasant place to stroll around and maybe a relaxing picnic, you can find some restaurants and bars in this area with parking nearby. Parking was free to the rear entrance and a fair size. Overall a very good stay and value for money.

Stayed for one night, met friendly staff, comfortable room, equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator. Excellent cleanliness, beautiful, cozy place. Breakfast is ordinary. I would add more dishes.

That was good value for money, nothing to complain about. Yes, there is a train line not far from the hotel, but with a closed window it didn’t disturb us.

Secure parking, quiet and peaceful area, good wi-fi, very nice hosts, they suggested a good restaurant nearby. Although the parking was full, host allowed to park on the grass so the car is still inside. We liked the breakfast in the hotel.

Mosquitos in rooms. But, this is solveable.

Kind and friendly hosts, with excellent facilities and refurbished rooms that had great air-conditioning. We had a double-room suite that had one king-sized bed with an additional single bed in both rooms - it could have fitted 6-7 people easily! The breakfast was very rich, with a nice terrace and tennis courts in front. Apple parking space. The lake is 100m away across the railroad that goes by the hotel street. Gardony and Velence are gems, so if one looking for cycling, swimming or walking- this is it! Budapest is half an hour by travnja, and the stadion is nearby. Great hotel!

Train track on the opposite side of the road, train every 20 minutes (not too loud) Outside needs a coat of paint and paving slabs repaired. Internal carpet are threadbare
