Reception is located in different address than the apartment and doesn’t accept credit cards for parking payment which is unpleasant if you dont have any cash on you.

Great location, apartment is good size and is situated in quiet part of city centre. Very nice place to stay in and has also a parking space for a fee.

As others mention slight faf to collect keys late at night, though can recommend their taxi service that takes you to collect keys.

Very handy location. Not far from very large shopping centre, restaurants, bars etc It even had a tesco express about 6 mins walk away for breakfast pastries. There were 2 double beds in our appt. The flat was clean and tidy.

We were with small children, so I looked for a hotel closer to the station so that I didn’t have to walk far with them. But the reception desk in the building (as I understand it temporarily) was not working and I had to go elsewhere to get the keys.

There are no representatives of lord residence there, noone to deal with urgent problems. Some nights neighbours were terribly noisy but no one warned them

I had booked the service that includes a transfer to the airport but there was a huge misunderstanding with the taxi driver. Two cabs were waiting outside the apartment. I asked the first driver if he was the one booked by the hotel and he answered ‘yes’ but as it proved later on, he had tricked us. The correct taxi driver started calling me asking for his money despite the fact that there was no ride. I called the hotel and they said that they had nothing to do with that and I had to pay. Note that the hotel never gave me the taxi’s number but the taxi had my personal phone. That was quite a frightening experience!

Very easy to access out of hours - arrived at midnight with a helpful taxi driver to take us from the key collection point to the apartment. We were able to leave the key in the apartment when we left

Didn't like having to walk 10 mins to collect and drop keys off, one towel per person wasn't enough esp for 4 days

Loved all except not having clean towels and only 1 person, stayed twice before and it was better as had reception and tourist operator on site, now theres no one to help. Didnt like going to 8 min walk to collect and drop keys

Check in and key pickup is unavailable on the site. It's a relatively short 10 min walk to do that but it's still not ideal after a long trip. Beds were not comfortable.

Renovations to our balcony balustrades as well as other rooms saw many replacement timbers being stored in the courtyard hampering free movement through it.

Location was good and felt the room was secure enough.
