The maintenance of the room was a bit run down. The beds were also not that comfortable.

The SPA was excellent, and the room was spacious. The location is excellent.

The room looked “tired” and not so clean. The staff was very blah, not welcoming and answered all inquiries like they were very bothered by the questions. We had to ask for bathrobes and slippers for the pool and the pool schedule was shorter than what was displayed on Booking. The underground parking was confusing, since the hotel’s parking spots were not marked.

The central location was great and the room was spacious.

The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances, but if you really want to cook, the choice of dishes is very limited. One small cooking pot without a lid and one frying pan. There were five of us, and we had four plates and four cutlery... Maybe we could ask for one more, but we didn't cook. The temperature in the apartment was too high, it could not be regulated. Nobody slept in pajamas, kids loved it. :)

We repeated our stay in this accommodation. Mostly because of the great price. :) We booked the same apartment as last year and there are a lot of changes for the better. Still not very luxurious. :) Yes, some of the furniture has worn marks, but the beds are comfortable, so as the pillows. Everything was nice and clean and the bed linen smelled nice. The bathroom was also clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best end of the day after a whole day of sightseeing and enjoying the city was swimming in the pool and enjoying the jacuzzi. The pool area was also neat and clean, no complaints. And yes, great location, nice walk distance to every attraction. We might come again in the spring!

Strange to present the price as 79% discount. Misleading, but apartment was ok with the price we payed.

There wasn´t a baking sheet in the oven. The receptionist promised to bring it but he didn´t do it even if we asked him 3 times, so we couldn´t use the oven at all.

Perfect location in center, we walked to see all sightseeings, wellness was free of charge and perfect.

The property in my opinion is showing some wear and tear in places and is probably heading towards a spruce up in the near future, but I cannot criticise this because that is reflected in the bargain price we paid. If I have to pick something to criticise I will say this: we only had 2x teaspoons. In a flat that sleeps 4. Really? We solved this with £2 spent at the local SPAR so again, not an issue.

Property location is virtually perfect for being within walking distance of just about every major attraction located in the district VII area. The property is a good size allowing for relaxed mornings and afternoons with no unnecessary tensions due to persons tripping over each other. And they supplied dishwashing soap and sponge! Most 5* places we’ve rented don’t forget this!

The kitchen was nice to have but wasn't that that well equipped. Missing enough cutlery bowls and strainer. There is a toaster a kettle and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine as well as a microwave stove and oven.

Perfectly located with excellent access to public transport and a very short walking distance to many popular sites and places. Very large one bedroom apartment with separate bed and sofa in the living room, very friendly and forthcoming staff at reception and you are free to use the spa facilities and Fitness area on the ground floor.

There was no washing machine as promised in the listing. This was very disappointing as I had been counting on having this. Furnishings were not well maintained or deep cleaned. There is no sign with this Luxury apartments title it seems it may be rebranded as city home, which is more appropriate. It was just a bit confusing.

The gym is nice it is also very busy with trainers and gym bros. It has everything, though. The apartment is large, and the location is good, easy to metro and supermarkets, bars etc. It was a decent value. There is a front desk which is helpful versus an apartment rented by an individual.

It would have been great to have another hottub because it was always full of people. And the madress in the bad was not good.

Curtains need replacing lets the rooms down some furniture need updating too. Overall nice place. Wouldnt class it as luxury . But apt has everything you would need for self catering hol.

Great location for everywhere. To the right around the corner is a park and plenty of restaurants/ bars. Near everything only a short walk to metro okotogon . Otherway near arany janos metro. And town centre.

Some of the furniture was dated and my bed collapsed the first night as the slats weren't in properly. Quick fix in the morning for me and a fine sleep after that.

The property is dated but it's well located for getting out and about with lovely restaurants nearby. The pool was a big bonus for me and massages can be booked on site at a reasonable charge.

Superficially clean but not if you looked closely. Limited kitchen/cleaning utensils (eg no chopping board, kitchen towel, cloths for cleaning up). Gym quality good, but very busy a lot of the time as mainly used by local members.

Location good as all sights walkable or easy to reach by public transport. Good sized apartment, as well as being quiet as windows open onto internal area above fitness centre swimming pool roof.

I had ants in my room as though it was on the 6th floor. When I mentioned it on the reception they asked if I had let some food fell on the floor?😅 I mean I might could have but it's the 6th floor, they shouldn't be ants coming up there like that. Anyways, the rooms are very nice
