Parking was a bit difficult because there was not that much space. Hostess appeared to be a bit annoyed. The room had all you at least need but nothing more.

Very good price for 1 night. Ca 10min to the lake and just 3-5min by car to the beach.

The pool got closed too soon, before 18h, and opened too late the next day, around 9.30h.

A lot of space outside and close to everything we came there to see. Also a big room with the fridge.

General kitchen does not include cook top. It will be better to have glass door for shower, but I understand that it's will impact on price, maybe.

Comfortable place, which is chipper than other around this city but clean, not out-of-time that I was worry about and with plesent administrator Gugi. Teapot, espresso coffee masgine and microwave are available as well as refrigerator and rest places. Normal air conditioner.

Official wifi just didn't work;, so the landlady gave us a second ssid and pwd which unfortunately had no coverage in our room #7.

WiFi stopped working after a few minutes. Simultaneously both on my phone and my laptop. Told the lady, she tried to reboot the router, but it didn't help. Yes, I can use mobile data, but it's still annoying. AC refused to heat in any mode, but radiators eventually kicked in, so that's fine. The fan in the bathroom had this issue where it kept running for 27 minutes after turning off the light. Told this to the receptionist, she said they know about it, but couldn't get hold of an electrician to fix it just yet, and they're sorry, so I should just use the other lamp. I mean, that's fine, but the place is essentially empty, so I don't understand why put me in the one room with a failed vent timer.

Friendly receptionist, good prices, clean room. Great view from the balcony, and the place is pretty darn quiet, too.

I was tired of walking ten minutes to the restaurant, but having said that, the restaurant, Molo Teras was super good and super affordable. A lot of locals hang out there, and as a student of Hungarian, that part was fascinating for me.

we had a hornet in our room when we already arrived and we had to kill him because he didnt want to go out…the bed was not that comfortable…the lady who owns the pension doesn’t know how to speak english so she had to use translate.

I suppose that in high season the parking could be an issue as the space next to the accommodation is very limited (for us it wasn't a problem as when we visited there weren't too many guests).

Noise insulation from the corridor is just bad. We could hear every door opening, every sentence from outside.

There is no Soundproofing at all. We wanted to sleep but there were very noisy group of people on the first floor and it was impossible to sleep because of them. Keep this in mind when choosing a hotel. Also curtain in bathroom to small and water spills out to the floor.

Good location, close to the lake and park also cafes. Valuable price, friendly administrator. Room has comfortable beds and small terrace. There is kitchen on the first floor with fridge and microwave, there are also cups and plates, it is very convenient if you want have quick breakfast or lunch.

If you plan to stay there long time and it will have high occupancy, the sound of neighbors may be an issue. My neighbors started to argue at 5:30 and i felt i was part of their conversation.

We were there in the off-season (April) and there was some refurbishing going on with some noise. Not too bad, but noticeable. A shower curtain would be nice too. Wifi a bit weak.

Not really a big deal but the power outlets are a bit limited in the rooms, so if you are a cyclist with many things to charge then you should keep this in mind.

We arrived a few minutes late, but experienced a very kind welcome with a glass of café lungo which was godsend after hours of cycling. The rooms are very cozy, spacious bathroom, lights are great, the balcony is fantastic.
