They forgot the cleaning on the first day and also the room doesn’t have a hot water kettle. You have to request for one which they took ages to send up.

Close to the property there are a lot of bars and restaurants. Even though there is a pub right outside it is not noisy at all. It is a 30 minute walk to the city centre. We also didn’t like the room which they gave us but then they upgraded us to a better room which was more spacious.

The major problem is the elevator. There is only one (relatively small) that is not enough for a hotel of this size and 6 floors.

Not many vegetarian options in breakfast . Same monotonous cooked meal each day and too no vegetarian sausages or hash brown . No one even asked . You guys feel short !

The road works right outside our window that started at 6:30 on 2/4 days was annoying but the other 2 days were bank holidays so we got around that. The Aircon was also still in 'winter mode' according to staff so the outside temperature was 20c and the Aircon would only put out hot air which was annoying.

Hotel facilities were amazing and the building and staff were lovely.

There’s some sort of heating behind the bathroom mirror that would start working any time the bathroom light was turned on. That made the room uncomfortably hot at times

There was a problem with hot water in our first day😢But then they fix the problem. The people that work in the hotel are very nice and helpful!🥰

A very good choice in a quiet and entirely charming corner of Budapest. I have stayed in scores of hotels in this city over the years, and Palazzo Zichy is in one of my absolute favorite neighborhoods. The property is beautiful, and the rooms are attractive and comfortable. A very good choice for a stay in Budapest.

The bathroom and the shower was nice. The hotel turned on the sauna later on in the night when we got back from the city so we could warm up.

Only 1 front desk staff - during off-hours you might have to wait if the staff is attending to something else.

Beautifully located, not situated on the main road. Right across is an amazing restaurant that serves Hungarian cuisine.

There were road constructions in front of the main entrance of the hotel and it is not easy to get in with the luggage but hotel is not responsible about it

Easy to arrive and find, bus stop and metro station very close to the hotel. Close to city centre, nice walking tours frim and to the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom for three people. Coffee machine in the room with good quality coffee. Very clean room. Excellent breakfast to keep you full during the whole day, good quality of food, great variety and selections, very good coffee! Overall very good hotel, will stay again if I will visit Budapest in the future

Breakfast this time round was a little underwhelming. Bread rolls were hard as a rock, Bacon was overcooked and had a funny smell. Needed a bit more attention.

Quiet, clean and cozy hotel, great service, amazing staff of workers, helpful and attentive, .respond to any request immediately, sauna free of charge and available to the hotel's guests 24 hours a day. Coffee machine with many options, a variety of tea, cold drinks and fresh water available to the usage of the guests free of charge. I highly recommend this hotel.

Is our second time when we stay here and we are absolutely pleased with everything. The hotel is exceptional, the staff were extremely helpful. The accommodated an earlier check-in and a later check-out. The location is within walking distance of everything, also underground i near by. I will highly recommend to everyone.
