Really basic room but for the money it was fine.

The furniture was very old and old fashioned. There were not enough kitchen utensils and there was no fridge, stove or coffee maker in the room. It was more like a primitive apartment rather than a premium one. The ac turned on at night a little loudly and too cool for the room. When we asked to turn lt off, we were told that it was central and couldn’t be turned off. We got very very cold at night because of that. The bed slats were short for the bed that we slept on and they fell off very often at night. We fixed them three times, got rid of it and left it as it was. Thankfully we were staying for one night only and did not bother to talk about lt.

It was quiet to sleep in and safe. Cleanliness was ok. The reception guy Rakesh was kind and helpful. The room was big.

entrance to the apartment is a bit complicated, the furniture was older (still clean) and there was no hair dryer, even though it says that there is one. also there was one window in the room but you can't open it, so it got really warm cause it's july. the room does not really look a lot like the photo. however, i think it's a good price to quality ratio.

i mean, it is a cheap apartment so i guess you get what you paid for. the location is really nice so you can walk to city centre and there is also a bus station and a metro station close to the apartment. i was here for just one night, and i needed a place to sleep and to take a shower and it served it's purpose. also, the 2 guys who worked there were super nice, they even let us check in earlier and also let us leave our suitcases there when we checked out.

Well well well. For the price we paid that was around 36 euros for the night ofc we didn’t expect much but the fact that the window couldn’t be opened and there was no functional ac kinda f*cked us up. The bathroom itself was good and the bed was okey but as I am saying 36 euros close to the centre so yea if u ever consider taking this budget room make sure its not hot outside lol

There was a back door of which no key was provided. I questioned this and just got told to leave it as it was locked, however it did open from inside. Thankfully there was no problem, however this did put me a little on edge. The extension cable provided also did not work and there was just one socket in the room, thankfully this did work fine for me. Walls are also very thin, you can hear lots of other guests from inside your own room.

Ultimately the room did it's job, all I needed was a place to get my head down at night and shower and this was fine for that. Location was okay but not the best, hence a low cost. Check in and out was easy.

No window to open!!!! Just a fix glass no opening, no fresh air!! No courtains on the glass, so 05h in the morning the sun awakes you up. No refridgerator. Bed was way too soft, a real diraster to sleep on it. No air condition, you better sleep in a microwave.

Here I would divide the review into three parts. First - check-in. I arrived later in the evening (after 9 pm) and had to wait 20 minutes in front of the door on the street before someone opened it for me. I would recommend improving this. Second - accommodation. Completely sufficient facilities and room size for a short stay, everything clean. Accessibility by bus / metro. Third - the condition of the facilities. The condition of the facilities was sad. I understand that the accommodation is in a fairly old building, however, the condition of the sanitary facilities and overall equipment was not good, it could use some renovation. It is not at all necessary to make it a five-star hotel right away, but for example new furniture from IKEA, new silicone sealing, etc. would be appropriate.

No service. It would have been nice to have someone greet guests, because if you're not a local and don't have a phone, it's hard to get in through the front door. Also, the building isn't soundproof, you can hear every little conversation.

first of all, I asked for early check in and they confirmed it by mail. When I entered where on agreed time, the room wasn't ready. Housekeeper started cleaning in a short period of time, but she cleaned everything in just 15 minutes and gave me a key. I think, this time can't be enough to clean whole room after guest. Also, I didn't get any guideline for stay there and in the evening, I had to call to the host person to get a code for entering. and I think, because of this, this person disturbed. the worst situation was that on the day of check out, there wasn't hot water at the apartment. I think, because of big demand of taking a shower in the morning in the apartments place. My husband took a shower with cold water, but I couldn't do so, it was so bad experience and a big discomfort for us :( At first night, in the midnight, electricity went out and until morning (but late for me, because I wanted to go our early morning) I couldn't charge my phone, but I don't want to say anything on this fact, because maybe this is not because of apartment problem. If there is normal cleaning, still, the apartment is very old and there is a special smell because of this. and in the toilet, there is a very old and bad looking tubes, which can't give you any sense of comfort. House needs renovation! So, I know that we didn't pay much money, but I think, in this amount, you can find better apartments in Budapest.

I liked the location, its normal place near the city center.

Shower was broken and impossible to use. The window cannot be opened, so the air cannot be fresh even the room was clean. Microwave device is put on the table in the room, but there is no plug to turn it on, so you need to move the device (or whole table) closer to the bed (about 1 meter) in order to turn it on. My room and several other rooms were on the groundfloor. I am ok with that, but probably there are guests who will not like it.

Location is great! Staff's instructions about self check-inn were very clear. Staff sent instructions on-time and answered on my questions very fast.

Walls dirty here and there.The double room was little bit cold *(electric heater provided). We needed to sneak in after somebody because the building entrance code didnt work what they provided. When we get the key for the room we coud just tap in with the added TAG.

- There are another doors from the room that lead directly to the shared yard, without possibilty to lock it. This is a huge security risk and it is absolutely unacceptable. - Heating is abysmal. - Wi-fi is weak.
