The room was a bit smelly in the beginning. The breakfast room is in the basement, and the furniture looks very used. In the room, we didn't get a new coffee and tea, instead the ones we used, and my nightdress was moved from the bed to the floor;(

The room was ok. The bed was very comfortable. The coffee machine was in the room, and we also got a water boiler from the reception. Breakfast offers different options for diverse tastes, all the basics one can need. The location was excellent. The roof terrace has an amazing view.

The gym was disappointing as there was a stepper was not working properly and the gym was too warm to workout. No other cardio equipments available.

Great location and the breakfast was great with many options. Room was a decent size but the decors could do with some upgrades.

We paid for a superior room but it was small and with no natural light. Like most of the rooms it had a window on to an internal atrium. We always had to turn a light on. This was not mentioned on their website. We had a coffee pod machine, but they never replaced the two initial pods stating they were just to get us started and we had to buy any more. We have never been to a hotel of any rating that refused to replace tea and coffee. Had all the rooms been full it would have been very noisy. Overall really not good and we would not return.

The standard room was small but would have been fine for a couple of nights but we upgraded and it was good.spa wasn’t open and the bar and everything closed at 10pm

I didn't like that even though i turned off the air-con a slight sound could still be heard as all the air-con's are centralized. But i wore ear plugs as i am a light sleeper which helped removed the sound it made. I really enjoyed my stay here and i would stay here again.

I liked fact that the hotel had a roof top terrace, a gym and a hotel shop which saved me from looking for a shop to buy water bottles and snacks to eat. It has a great location a 10 min walk to the parliament building and near E- scooters and public transport all within walking distance and bed was really comfortable and a fridge, staff were really friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I can’t find anything special to remark here, the hotel is very good in my eyes.

The location is great, the room is quite big enough and the breakfast service was really good with a variety of Hungarian choices.

The bed was very uncomfortable. In the first room the mattress was broken and the windows lock did not work.The second room we had was very nice, the mattress in good condition but still of poor quality. It was the main issue for us. The hotel has great potential but the maintenance could be better.

The position was excellent. It was at walking distance to many places of interest. The roof top had a magnificent view of Budapest. The staff was helpful.

The chairs in the dining hall definitely need replacing. The upholstery is cracked. The gym could use an upgrade as the one machine was out of order and in general the equipment is out dated.

The hotel stay was very good ,and the location was great. It was within walking distance to the city center. Basilika Parliament and public transportation. The staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was controlling the temperature in the room. It was centrally controlled, so we could not adjust to suit us.

Bathroom needs a light renovation especially furniture .Also needs the cleaning lady a more closely look , as i noticed a spider net up on the ceiling.

The staff was pretty friendly.The room was clean.The products in the bathroom were of good quality without harsh chemicals,so it was good to see.Breakfast place was really spacious with lots of options. Centrally located,very close to bus stop for the airport.

It was a second time here. Great central location and very clean room. However, coffee capsules were not replenished at all , breakfast was very basic. I remember the breakfast being much better a few years ago.

For a 4* hotel the rooms and WC are quite small. We had a Twin room, so the beds were quite narrow and short. Although there were toiletries in the bathroom, I would say they were minimal - in the shower there was just one common bottle of shampoo, which was also shower gel. There was no hair conditioner or body lotion, which is usually found in 4* hotels.

The location of the hotel is very good - there are many cafes, a grocery store, and a metro nearby. Breakfast on weekends until 11 am, which is convenient for those who like to sleep in longer. The food selection is quite large, and local dishes are also served (for example, lecho or lecsó in Hungarian). The rooms are clean and quiet. You can find a coffee machine with 2 coffee capsules and selection of teas. There is AC, which, however, is centrally regulated and you can only adjust the strength of the air flow yourself. Since this is not my first time visiting Budapest, I must note that the water from the tap in this hotel has a minimal smell of chloramine. In other hotels, the smell is way stronger and it is impossible to even brush your teeth with such water. Also one more plus - quite large towels in the bathroom.
