We stayed for a few days. Breakfast was good but would be better if some variation of hot options. Identical each day. Also would be good if eggs cooked to order without additional cost.

If you want to feel special, you come to the right hotel, such a beautiful place, super elegant and prestige, perfect breakfast buffet, , and of course the location is close to all main attractions. Highly recommended!!

No complaints at all - closest thing to a perfect hotel.

Perfect location on a relatively quiet street. 2 blocks from Danube. When we checked in, they upgraded us to a suite which was fantastic - HUGE, in fact. We got the breakfast as part of our reservation, and it was an excellent buffet selection of cold and hot items. The atrium lobby is breathtaking - even more impressive than the photos. The entire hotel was pristinely clean. I couldn't get over the cool elevators - glass-lined on all sides, silent, and FAST! Staff at the desk was super-helpful and friendly (all dressed in impeccable eveningwear uniforms). Just can't say enough good things about this hotel -RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMEND!!!

We couldn’t fault the hotel, everything was excellent .

We had interconnecting rooms that were of good size with plenty storage space, clean bathrooms, coffee machine, bathrobe and slippers. We found the relaxation kit bag useful as it has towels and slippers for the relaxation room which had sauna and jacuzzi. The location of this hotel is excellent as right near St Stephen’s Basilica with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes nearby.

We were woken up each morning by the cleaning staff who for some reason congregated on our floor, that was disappointing and quite early.

Good hotel in a great location. Staff are helpful and professional. The small wellness area was a welcome surprise after a day if walking the city.

Wouldn't eat in the restaurant. Felt we were given false infornation about the tasting menu which costed us 800euro. Very disapointing that items offered were not included and that we werent informed. They made it seem like it was part of the tasting menu. So becareful when offered things, as it seems like its included. I was asked if i wanted champagne with the waiter holding the glass, so naturally I thought they were offerring it to everyone. I was heavily charged for it. Except for the restaurant situation, the hotel was fabulous

Our room was facing other rooms, so in order to have privacy you need to use curtains.

Hotel staff is really friendly and ready to help you with everything you need. Excellent location of the hotel. Almost all the best things to see and visit are within walking distance. Rooms are well equipped with professsional coffee machine, and different selection of coffee and tea. Hotel restorant is great and offers amazing food specialties.

Didn't like the fact that the room had no window opening outside with fresh air in the room. The window opened to the internal courtyard, so no fresh air was coming in.

Well situated hotel, close to the city center, river, surroundd by plenty of restaurants. Easilly accesible by public transportation or taxi. Staff always ready to help You. Excellent breakfest. Nice clean room. Excellent room service. I indeeed enjoy my stay.
