Bathroom exhaust fan is loud and it is connected to the lights. Very irritating and loud to hear when you don’t need it. It should have its own switch. Unnecessary to have on when not taking a shower.

We were warmly welcomed and quickly settled into our room which had a lovely bottle of prosecco and a note welcoming us and for our anniversary celebrations - such a lovely touch. The bed was so comfy. Soundproofing was great. Spa clean and warm. Lovely view from balcony. Great location. Everything you could want and more. Would stay again.

The bed was missing its bed frame and there was literally a space between the actual bed and the wall, which was empty which seemed odd and not fitting at all for 5 stars, the pool was small and also the mattress was not very comfortable to sleep on, the location was easy to reach via Bolt taxi, however it didn’t feel safe at all to walk by.

The room was quite spacious and clean, also had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. new York caffe is also near.

Nothing, it was a perfect stay for our weekend city break

Gorgeous hotel, location was just outside the busy part of the city but it was an easy walk. Pool, hot tub and sauna were great. Breakfast each morning was in the restaurant, buffet with the option to order hot breakfast also. We ordered a suite which turned out to be a two bedroom apartment, had all the amenities to stay comfortably for a week! Full mini bar and room service available, TV can access Netflix, Disney and Prime.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . Our room was lovely. The hotel was location was excellent, we managed to walk everywhere. The breakfast was delicious and a wide range on offer. Would recommend as a great place to stay in Budapest.

The junior suite was fantastic. Great kitchen area to cook if there for a longer stay. The fitness centre & pool are fab. The location was perfect. Walking distance of all the great restaurants, bars and tourist areas.

We didn’t know that the rooms were like tiny apartments so we were pleasantly surprised to see two rooms and a living room with a fully functioning and well equipped kitchen. Very clean and with lots of amenities. Great staff.

We felt very welcome at this hotel, and were very pleased to be upgraded to a two bed apartment. We were unexpectedly provided with complementary wine, chocolates, water and little essential oils to aid sleep! It was so thoughtful, as we'd had long journeys on buses and planes to meet up in Budapest. The apartment was clean, quiet and very comfortable. We enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare our own drinks and snacks. The pool was a pleasure to use. Everything worked, and when I couldn't operate the safe, staff were on hand straight away to help. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the kitchen tidy and making beds. It was all very clean - thank you!

Perhaps just a little further out than I imagined but everywhere is walkable within 5-10 minutes.

Very clean and friendly. The spa was lovely although a little smaller than imagined we were still abile to find times when we had the pool to ourselves. The breakfast was exceptional as too was the service. Great attention to detail within the facilities. It was lovely sitting on the balcony hearing the sound of the fountain in the courtyard.

Everything was great! If I were picky I’d say that breakfast was a bit pricey (that’s why we didn’t use this option) and also the parking, but these really shouldn’t be a showstopper. Also the air in the rooms was a bit dry, but that’s easily managed by frequent airing. Swimming pool and sauna are not huge, so worth taking into account, but again - none of these points affected the overall very positive experience.

We were actually staying there twice during our vacation and first time got upgraded to a larger room, which was really a treat!

Location is good but a bit far from Buda side. The lights in the room are activated via sensors, even if turned off they make glitching sounds at all times during the night. If you are a light sleeper it will wake you up.

Our request for an early check in was completely ignored in a rather rude way. The reception personnel in general had a bad attitude.

The room and the facilities were perfect and clean, the massage personnel as well. Additionally, the location is perfect, near to many points of interest in the city.

There was a problem with the lights and the drainage system at the bath but the staff fixed it and even gave me a free breakfast on the house!
