The room was very modern and technology oriented. You could control the lighting, curtains, and air conditioning via touchscreen. The outdoor pool has a great setting, and the indoor pool has a pleasently warm temperature. The bed was comfortable, and the location was very close to Lake Balaton. Our waiter was very kind and knowledgeable. Dinner was excuisite.

Didn't know how to enter the underground parking, but they have parking right outside.

The hotel isn't too big, which makes it feel more intimate. Wellness had everything you could ask for. The breakfast and dinner offerings were great, considering you can eat both a la carte and from a buffet for breakfast. Dinner offers a variety of food that meets 5-star excellence. Staff was very friendly.

The entrance and the reception are somewhat hard to find from the street. The dinner menu could be a bit more varied.

The spa area was is slipery if you walk with slippers from hotel, even though staff was wiping the floor amd stairs all the time. During our stay 2 people feel down. Bring your own plastic flipflops, also hotel should figure something out for better safety in the spa area.

Nice small boutique hotel very close to the lake and city centre. Amazing food and nice spa - perferct for weekend relax.

Some details need more attention, like toiletries and towels in the rooms, although this might have been caused by the fact we were given a different room as were supposed to. There was a whole science around the lights - we were not able to have the bed reading lights on on just one side of the bed. This was not ideal. Also would welcome if not everything was dependent on usage of technology. I'd welcome a pricelist to the bar, and some simple straightforward switches for the lights.

It is a very modern and fancy hotel stuffed with modern technology. Breakfast was well presented and tasty, good selection of food. Restaurant was a little expensive, but food was wonderful. Even if the staff was not very experienced they were kind and helpful. Hotel was clean, including the spa area, which was wonderful.

We booked as a couple but received a room with a double bed with two matresses. Between the two there was the Mariana trench which is not particularly couple-friendly. If it would have been fully booked I would accept that this was the one remaining for us but there was not even half house. The other point is the staff at the reception. They were friendly but unexperienced. At the check-out I was charged for another room and the only reason I realized it (apart from the price which was unexpectedly low…) because I checked the email address where to send the bill. A minor detail, it would be good to have a small shelf in the shower to put the body wash and shampoo on it (instead of the ground.

The dinner was a bit pricy, but it was worth it, also delicious

Extremely new hotel, everything was modern, well thought-out, with electric solutions, panels. Indoor wellness area is not huge, but has a great pool, saunas, steam room. Maybe what was missing is an ice bath. Kind staff, breakfast is top tier, upon the buffet, you can choose from a brunch menu.

The personnel services and some technical stuff are still being fine tuned, So not every service and technical device is running smoothly. But I believe that this will get better with time.

The Hotel is brand new and very nice and clean.
