To keep the rating score and review content relevant for your upcoming trip, we archive reviews older than 24 months.
Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This lets us know that our reviews come from real guests, like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or quiet room than someone who’s stayed at the property before?
We want you to share your story, both the good and the bad. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinion and experiences, which are critical in helping guests make well-informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, and are treated with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full, as quickly as possible, after being moderated to comply with Booking.com guidelines. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.
Once a review has been submitted, you can modify it by contacting Booking.com customer service.
We will use the same guidelines and standards for all user-generated content as well as the property replies to that content.
We will allow the contributions to speak for themselves, and we won’t be the judge of reality. Booking.com’s role is that of a distributor of feedback from both guest and property.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc...).
눉They charge you extra for parking. The hotel has its own parking at the backyard. By the Way, good luck for finding it without asking for guidance! Ridiculous!!!
It's not about the price. But why can't they just build It in the room's price? Or why don't they mention it upon booking? You pay 150 euros for 2 nights and they without telling or asking charge you 3-4 euros for parking. Way too ridiculous and cheap. Absolutely not professional. At least they should have said it before charging it.
눇Breakfast and dinner were great. Staff were polite and very helpful. Coffee is terrible though they have a bar next to the reception where you can buy excellent coffee.5-10 minutes walk from the spas. Nice and safe area. They also have their own pool which we didn't get to use. But it is very convenient. Also there is a little corner shop 1 min away where you can buy snack, toiletries or newspaper etc if you forgot to bring something.
눇Small but nice budget Hotel wich offers all kinds of health treatments, massages and more.
Two hot thermal pools outside plus a moderate sized leisure pool wich is open in summer only.
Sauna and Jacuzzi inside.
Not even 5 minutes walk to the center of town. Supermarket just across the road.
All in all a bargain if you compare the prices with neighbouring hotels.
눉Wellness is only working between 7-12 and 15-18. In these timeshifts steam and sauna works only if you ask them to turn on. Heating of a sauna or a steam take much more time in this case. Bubble bath in thermal spa is working only after 9:00 in the morning, and only til 16:30 in the afternoon. No information hanged out about this, and staff was not able to answer the same for the question: when or how often is it starting. No relaxing area in the wellness.
눉The balcony needed some cleaning and the top wooden bar is rotting-in fact a lot of the wood trim is rotting. There was no soap provided for the shower.
눇The thermal waters. Food was very good with reasonable choices.Very pleasant staff-front desk, dining room and maid service.We liked the tables and services of the drink bar. We received assistance with getting a taxi and were able to make change at the front desk.
눉Hotel should take care that reservation of pool side chairs should not be made by leaving only towels on the chairs and then leaving to city and come back after hours.
Blue wooden decoration need to replace quite soon. Inside is good but outside looks not so nice.
