6000 HUF for 2 nights for car in garage is a little bit too much. Slippers for spa facilities are missing in this type of hotel.

Excellent spa, accomodation, food and service. All service members are so polite and always ready to help. Bravo !

The mini bar control at 9 A.M. The woman didn't even speak any international language, so we could not understand each other at all. My husband was still sleeping and she was crying at the door : Mini Bar Control!!!

I camee by public bus, which is once an hour along the highway from Eger. You are dropped off on the main road. It is a long steep walk uphill with your luggage. You are not allowed to cut through the spa, which would save about 15 minutes uphill walk on the busy road with all your things. I asked but was refused. There is a trail shortcut, but it would be impossible with cases and is muddy or snow-covered.

This was great. Love having thermal bath access, especially in the snow. The food was nice, wait staff friendly, great selection . Common areas are updated and well maintained. A very relaxing stay. Definitely worth getting half board it would be a hassle to go elsewhere for dinner.

There is no elevator from first floor to the pool area.

This hotel is excellent for traveling with small children and grandparents. There are 2 sides: one with thermal water (not suitable for children) and another one with many pools for everyone, even one generous pool for smaller children.

We really enjoyed our stay. We paid for room with better view - definitely recommend! Thermal pools were included in price, however we needed to paid extra for sauna world (3000 ft/day/person). You can enter thermal pools during your stay from check-in (15:00) until checkout (11:00). (We would appreciate if the last day you could use the thermal longer!) Beds are comfortable and dinner was really tasty!

Having to walk so far to get to the check-in desk was a bit of a pain.

There was a problem with the elevators because only half was working and we had to wait for a long time. Another stain on a nice stay there was one rude waiter in the restaurant when we refused paid drinks he ignored us with another service all time of dinner.

It is a lovely hotel and spa, we enjoyed staying there as well. Good was free entrance to the spa except for the sauna area. We had half board and we can say the meal there was delicious. This area is good for sightseeing near the village Egerszalok, the town Eger and many others. We can also recommend a trip to Bukk nature reservation.

No sign where were the rooms. Each level should have a sign to find rooms easier. More amenities in the bathroom such as hair conditioner, body lotion.

The rooms were a bit worn The food was not amazing The location is a bit remote and to get in an out is a bit annoying.

The spa is included with the hotel and so is a buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Lots of pool space and lots of towels in the rooms

There was mould in the shower, on the ceiling. Whoever thought a glass panel is good substitute for a toilet door is mistaken.

The spa is great, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are nice, and the view is stunning.

Without our knowledge, they was doing maintenance work in the room, and when we returned to the room from the pool the door was opened, and three maintenance guy was working in the room. They should let us know before.
