Shower head wouldn’t stay up . Had to hold . Room was a bit on the tight side .

I was expecting the room to be more spacious, but it was not a big deal as I didn't spend much time there. The cleaning needs a bit of improvement, there was still dust in some parts of the room

The hotel is near the subway/bus station and it's in a neighborhood with a lot restaurants, supermarkets and bars. The staff is kind and willing to help. The room is equipped with all the necessary and the bed was super comfortable- even though I was expecting the room to be more spacious and the cleaning needs a bit of improvement. Breakfast is really good and with a lot of options.

Me and my friend booked ourselves double rooms but there where two beds sliding apart whenever you moved a little. My room was by the smoking balcony so the awful smell got inside and even woke me up. The door to the corridor must have been paper thin or missing something around it because I could hear every step moving, or word said in the hallway or staircase. A howling dog kept me up for hours. An idea: there are small soft pieces to tape on to (under) the breakfast chairs "feet" at IKEA and other stores, the screaming sound from moving chairs in the morning was not pleasant 😅

Christian (?) at the reception was awesome! The breakfast was great but I would have loved a smile from any of the breakfast staff members. The cleaning lady on 5th floor was really nice and smiling, great start of my days! The location of the hotel was perfect, easy to get wherever we wanted to.

Small room, not a lot of space, it’s seen a lot of visitors; it would have been very small for two people, even though it was designated as a double room

I'm inexperienced traveler and this could be usual procedure. The receptionist took my Debit Card Info for possible deposit/damage charges. I do not know should I be worried of the additional charges?

Very good hotel for this price category. The rooms have a modern and clean bathroom / shower. The breakfast is really good and includes waffles, french toast, vegetables, bread and local products (hungarian sausages, etc.)

Room size very 'compact' but do-able. Impossible to adjust excessive heat meant sleeping with open window but then having to suffer street noises

Room was a little bit small, but not enough to be a problem.

Very clean, smart, modern hotel. Well located for the main train station (Keleti) and not too far from the centre of Pest. Breakfast was very good.

Very small rooms below average standard size. Exhaust did not work 4 days. cleaning service skips and speak super loud in the morning on her phone. The management do not invest to maintain good rooms and service. That puts alot of pressure on people on desk (they r nice) while they cannot manage everything on the spot. So i blame the owners to improve hotel systems

Not that clean: the floor and furniture especially carpets and sofa were not the cleanest. We also found hair on pillow covers, which was pretty gross. Facilities in the room are quite old.

The receptionist was so kind and helpful.

No soaps and shampoos. Only the soap filled in box just used as both soap and shampoo. Body Lotions were provided which was very good thing. Little improvement in breakfast needed by putting things for people who just eat vegan and no meat.

Room was quite comfortable and spacious. Bathroom had a good warm shower. Beautiful decoration and good interior. Very good Lobby area. Restaurants, Cafes , mall, train station, bus and tram stop at a walking distance. New York cafe is just a few minutes walk from the Hotel.

Air conditioning didn't cool the room down at all. We had to have window fully open which meant that we were subject to late night noise from the main street below. Hand towel was old and had several large holes. Room 703 floor had remnants of previous occupants crisps at the foot of the bed. Tv cables were loose across the wall. This could be an accident waiting to happen.

The location was very good. Close enough to walk anywhere in Pest. Comfy bed. Very nice breakfast.

Nice and clean,but old ,some walls need renovation. AC is not working,heating was on all the time ,even when it was + 15 outside,so open window helps a lot. But noise from outside can disturb. If you are not spending a lot of time in room ,just to take rest ,it will be perfect for money you pay . Location is great ,perception team is knowledgeable and can help you with any question.

Nothing to complain about.

I found the hotel better than expected. The descriptions and pictures are accurate. Very good breakfast. Certainly for the price it can’t be beaten (I was midweek in January)
